My Kemper fell. Sent to repair it. Don't know how this will work out, probably they receive it tomorrow. But I cannot complain about their commitment. Great and fast response untill now. Customer friendly approach. Very serious indeed.
Don't worry they'll sort it out. They may have their hands full at the moment with the Stage release. But your issue will be resolved. After what they did for me I have NOTHING bad to say about them. Kemper is a class act for sure.

Hello,
The first I received had broken output (awfull loud noise, could't hear me playing)
The second reset or freeze when I'm playing...
It's my first experience with Kemper, I'm really sceptical about the serious of this company and about the quality of their new devices.
3 days lost with support and tests... 40 euros lost for profiles from M Britt...
Kemper support, want to send me a third one with a T-shirt for compensation!... Or simply refund me (without the Tshirt?)...
Is anyone have a stage which work properly? (never bug, no freeze, no restart, no noise...) (it's a really serious question)
Let me tell you how serious this company is. About two years ago my toaster had a led out. The warranty had long since expired(it was purchased in 2012) When I contacted Kemper to find a repair center, Kemper offered to fix it for FREE. They even paid for the shipping both ways. Didn't cost me a dime. Turns out the led panel they got from their supplier that year was defective. Point is I didn't know that and they didn't have to tell me that. Thats how SERIOUS this company is.

I recently discovered Tone Junkies profiles. Every bit as good as the M.Britt stuff. I just recently bought the Mark V and BE-100 packs. They sound great.

I guess it would be input presets. Try turning the browse knob while in the input section.
Yes that was it, Thanks

Can someone tell me how to recall Distortion Sense saved parameters. Saved a few in the past and cant remember where it is. Thanks

Hi. I notice the Camplifier is rated at 210v. How do you get round that in the US?
Thanks!
They have a voltage selector switch for 220/120.
http://www.kpa-solutions.com/VoltageselectorCamplifier.pdfMy 360 doesn't have a switch,It was built rated @ 120V

I have a camplifier 360 for my toaster and run stereo on stage. The 360 is loud and clear.
"And Camplifiers are hard to get in the US..." quote from So ManyGuitars. This is NOT true. I live in the US. Just contact Ritter amps, Tilman is a really nice guy to deal with.

I have a Camplifier 360, fits in the back of the toaster, is loud AF, and stereo. A Quality German built amp..I love it!

I posted this on the kemper fb page and was told the amp has an internal gate and thats its hard to profile
That may very well be true, I have a similar problem with my Marshall JCM800 Kerry King head, beast channel. The amp has an internal gate which is adjustable but even on its most minimal setting,I get similar messages from my Kemper.

I have a 360 and LOVE IT. Running the KPA live, the way it was meant to. In Stereo. Its a super clean amp and LOUD..
-
I just pre-ordered one from Sweetwater. From what I've seen online ,the amp sounds amazing. In case anyone is interested, SW says they're expecting to get the first shipment the first week in December.

Even if you stand a bit from an amp, a live concert, telephone etc you have latency. It's perfectly normal. It's part of life. As long as it's acceptable there shouldn't be any problem. Have you recorded in a DAW and checked? If you can record tight enough, live with it.Also make sure you don't have any plugin loaded on the channel that can definitely create too much latency.
I had hoped if he played around with the transpose function, and heard how that was,he would come back to the original sound and realize the latency he heard wasnt bad at all.

This is a topic that has been discussed at length in other threads. Without any details of your signal chain no one can help you. The Kemper by itself introduces at least 3.4 ms delay but not much more even with lots of effects on. It should be imperceptible
That was my point!
-
I have a suggestion. Play any rig you like.Insert the transpose effect in the stomps section.(theres is definitely latency) play around with the transpose effect. After awhile turn off the transpose effect and play normal.See if that helps.

I hope there won't be a Kemper 2 for a long while. I just purchased mine.
A dream I had recently says otherwise.
