Here is my latest build. The body is red alder with a walnut top. The neck is a maple neck.
Just to see if P90 are for me, I installed 2 Fishman Fluence P90 pickups. Sounds really good.

BTW, what type of finish did you use?
thanks for your reactions.
on your question on the finish: I used Spraymax 2k urethan lacquer. Super glossy and polishable after 2 days.
I finally finished building this Warwick Star Bass inspired bass.
It was more work than I initially imagined. Especially carving the outside and inside of the top and bottom took a long time.
I'm wondering what you think of this
Yes that would be a nice addition. I'm struggling with getting my monitor to sound a close to the Front of the house.
Having more options to tweak would get me more towards the FOH sound.
Here is my latest build. It is my take on the Telecaster trouble maker. A semi hollow body with diamond inlay and f hole. Pickups are Fishman Fluence Classic humbuckers.
Here's my take on a Telecaster thinline. I build this one from scratch. It includes Lollar Charley Christian pickups. The inlays are doves, so I named the guitar Paloma (Spanish for dove).
I have the same problem. What helped me, was to put a line isolator in between the monitor out of the Kemper and the line in of the DXR (input 2). I use a Radial Engineering Sb6. It seems it has something to do with ground loops.
