I use a Taylor T5Z into an A/B switch...acoustic direct to PA and electric into Kemper...incidentally the T5Z is almost identical in sound as my Taylor 614 direct...I'm actually not sure why I don't see more of these out there...great acoustic sound...great electric neck...great electric sounds...semi hollow for great controllable feedback...no trem...maybe that's the issue...anyone else using this set up?

Loving the Taylor T5Z...great acoustic and electric tones...works great with my Kemper for church work
-
That's exactly why I have too many guitars ha ha ha

Welcome from another former 11R user...I still use it for a Pro Tools interface but the Kemper is the ticket

ajmxbend..maken' music and Chicago Music Exchange...if you go to Chicago Music Exchange park around back to avoid parking meters (or in my case the $50 ticket)...it was the best guitar store I have ever been to....solid wall of Les Pauls, 8-10 Duesenbergs, Fender CS in good numbers...private amp rooms with doors so you can crank them up...a huge acoustic room...

I use his Marshall pack and just picked up his 5150 pack...and I have a few others...now if I can only figure out how to get him my Jackson Britain 30 so he can profile it!

Welcome to the forum from NorCal....MBritt has some great profiles

You simply can't have too many guitars...ha!

I honestly wanted a Les Paul for years but couldn't get over the tuning issue and eventually bought a couple of PRS SC245s.... one with P90s and one with humbuckers

Has anyone seen these guys? I spotted a Kemper behind his shoulder
Great Kansas covers

It completely makes sense in a larger church with younger or less experienced players to be able to even out the differences in gear and "control volume" issues by installing Kempers and by analogy (though rough) V-Drums helped me control similar issues of volume and skill levels...
BTW I use MBritts Marshalls and And44s Two Rock -
Welcome Andrew I remember you from the Eleven Rack Digi site

I also picked up a "CS relic 60s Strat" FOR $1600 US but GC was trying to unload it...my other two '56 and '57 were $2000 and $2200.

This is a tough question...if you haven't already check E-Bay or Reverb.com to see if a similar guitar is out there

Most of the time I find that I can get away with a clean/crunch/lead with an additional patch with extra delay and verb...as long as I have tap tempo and s volume/wah pedal (and the volume on my guitar) I'm good to go. My favorite patches have been from MBritt...especially his marshalls....my go to guitar when leading has been my Taylor T5Z with an a/b switch and as far as guitars go my Tom Anderson mongrel and my Luke III

I'd love to see the new delays....might help me sell off a bunch of stuff....retired worship pastor here (11 years)...welcome here...preordered the Kemper and haven't looked back!
