It's like a real LP 59 and a reissue. The difference in price is worth it? And worth it for whom? For Bonamassa probably, not sure it might be for me and those in my lousy league. Not that I might afford a real 59 in the first place! And not all 59s were created equal or are now in the same condition. Probably reissues are more equal, so to speak. More predictable though some may be a tad better than others. The point is what sounds good to you is good. So, this new TJ Dumble/Marshall/Morgan clone pack sounds pretty good...That It?

Welcome!! Enjoy! Nice weekend to you too.

Welcome. Yes. A powered Kabinet has been talked about. But when? With the delays caused by the Covid situation it is unlikely that it will be anytime soon. But who knows?

Your videos are getting better and better, Bert. A very useful intro to the pack. Looking forward to your next one already (both the pack and the vídeo). I've got way too many profiles, but there's always room for yours.
-
Yes. Sure. I have had little time to try them, and only with a Strat, but I found them inspiring and useful for both rhythm and bluesy leads. A very good pack, as expected. I am sure I will enjoy It a lot once I go through it more thoroughly.

Welcome. Glad you are happy!

Bert, I could only load 30 rigs including the Direct ones. I could not load the TKL Direct 2. It says it is damaged

Happy birthday to you and Nicky. Let's hope it is a better year for all of us.

Headphones won't move the air certainly and will tire you if you play too loud for too long. Monitors move more air but loud cabs will beat them at that. If you enjoy listening to music thru headphones you will enjoy the "studio" or "recorded" sound of the Kemper thru them. I certainly do. Most of us here do. But a great Hifi system in a good room will be the Corvette alternative to the Volkswagen phones! So likewise, the Kemper thru monitors will provide a more physical experience than thru phones. And using a cab is a step further when you want a loud amp in the room feel, but at low volume the powered monitors will sound better than cabs because they are made to sound great at lower volumes without been driven by hot tubes. The great thing about the Kemper is its versatility. It can be satisfying in multiple ways.

OK. But perhaps listening to a hifi system or watching TV at a certain volume may be too subjective. I think playing the Kemper loud enough to sound great probably means louder than both cases mentioned above to most of us. But the Kemper still sounds good at lower volume. Similar to Hifi and the loudness compensation. Monitors are similar to Hifi loudspeakers but flatter and less "compensating". You've got headhones already, so start with them and see how it works for you.
-
A 100 dbs? Monitors are a good option. I use headhones a lot, but you get tired after a while if you play too loud. With monitors and cabs no problem, unless your neighbours ... On the other hand, monitors at low volume may be not ideal because you may hear your strings and pick too much, something that you avoid with headhones. So you should try both ways and see what works for you.

It is a shame great guitar playing (or bass, or drums, piano, sax, you mame it) is valued by the freaks and adults, us folks, that is, and the music industry is however so focused on looks and silly songs or dance .

Do any of you guys use Safe Creative or Commons to register your songs?

Thank you for sharing your music and also for the story. The BEST of luck, Eric. The songs sound great. And happy 50th birthday!

You do your own take. Nothing bad about that. I liked It.

Great video.
