  • Verkaufe: Ritter Camplifier 360 - 50672 Köln - 375€

    Hi,
    da ich meinen Kemper Toaster nur noch im Studio einsetze, möchte ich meine Camplifier360 (2x 180W stereo Nachrüstendstufe für den Kemper Profiling Amplifier) von Ritter-Amps gerne verkaufen. Ich habe sie vor ziemlich genau einem Jahr gebraucht aber von Ritter Amps gewartet gekauft und seitdem lediglich drei- vier,mal live gespielt... viel zu selten halt.

  • Nochmal: Probleme bei DI Profiles (Vox AC4 C1)

    Hi Kempers,
    ich hab jetzt ein paar mal schon (bei verschiedenen Amps wie z.B. meinem Marshall JMP 2203 und meinem Plexi) versucht DI Profiles zu machen - meistens mit ganz gutem Erfolg (zumindest so, dass ich damit zufrieden bin).
    Was mir jedoch dabei aufgefallen ist, ist, dass bei Profilen mit wenig Gain/ Verzerrung manche Amps verrückte Ergebnisse erzielen:
    bei dem zuletzt geofileten Vox AC4 C1 hab ich ein fast cleanes Profil gemacht und nachträglich mit dem Cab-Profil meiner Marshall 1960BXBox als Merged Profil gespeichert.... klingt auch ok, aber halt berhaupt nicht wie der Vox!!!
    Der Amp war fast clean, das Profil klingt wie ein gut aufgerissener Marshall - keine Ahnung warum.
    Ich hab mal ein Beispiel aufgenommen: mit meiner Les Paul Junior mit Lindy Fralin P90 - also keine High Output Monster Pickup.


    Könnt ihr mir sagen, woran das liegt? Bei dem Marshall hatte ich ähnliche Ergebnisse, nur hat sich das da eher darin geäußert, dass das Profil mega muffig war (als hätte ich nachträglich alle Bässe aufgedreht und Definition auf 0.0 gesetzt)??? Mach ich mit dem gleichen Setup Profile desselben Amps mit mehr Gain fluppt alles... Liegt das an den Cabs? Andere Modelle funktionieren aber auch nicht...


    Wäre toll, wenn ihr mir helfen könntet.

  • Who makes your favorite Brown Eye profile?

    Hi Tritium,
    it is indeed an old Marshall from 1974 which I bought 12 years ago from an old friend (for 250€ ^^ ).
    It was in desastrous condition when I got it, tube sockets were broken, it was already modded, additional holes were drilled; all in all it was soundwise and in technical respect total crap. So primarily I rebuilt it to the original Marshall JMP1959SLP specs, but with the years I used it for some experiments (LarMar PPIMV, Arredondo cascade mod, JCM800 switch, Caswell #34/#39 mod, Cameron Aldrich mod, etc.).
    Last month I used the summer break for tweaking it to the BE100 specs and made the profiles :D .

  • Who makes your favorite Brown Eye profile?

    Only from curiosity: two weeks ago I made some profiles of my DIY BE100 modded Marshall 1959 SLP.
    I´m curios (because i´m new to making own profiles) what you would say - so maybe someone would test them and give me some feedback...

  • New profiles of my DIY modded Marshall 1959SLP / BE100

    Hey Kempers,
    yesterday I made some new profiles of my old Marshall JCM800 pairted with my Marshall 1960BX with british G12M25 Greenbacks in it. Recorded with a Shure SM57 and a Beyerdynamic M400 Soundstar MK II direct into the Kemper. Hope you like it...

  • Probleme bei DI-Profiles von MArshall JMP2203

    Moin liebe Kemper-Familie,
    ich brauch mal euer knowhow und eure Erfahrung:
    ich habe gestern abend versucht, ein paar DI-Profile von meiem altenMarshall JMP 2203 zu machen - alles kein Problem und solange ich meine "normalen" settings geprofiled hab, klingt alles mega gut.
    Aber:
    wenn ich mit dem PreAmp Volume (Gain) unter 5 (also unter 12.00) gehe, wird das Ergebnis sehr fuzzy und so komisch boomy-basslastig. Eigentlich sollte da ja der typische kreischende 800er Crunch kommen. Lautstärkemäßig war alles im Rahmen und mit derselben Signalkette und denselben Settings hats ja vorher auch prima funktioniert.
    Ist das ein Problem das speziell bei den JCM/JMP 800 (2203) auftritt (z.B. wegen des krassen BrightCaps über dem Gain-Poti), oder habt ihr das bei anderen Amps auch schon mal beobachten können?
    Hat vllt. jemand einen Tip, wie ich trotzdem LowGain DI-Profile hinbekommen kann?
