YES ... habe es gefunden.

Unter All Presets kann man sich diese Sachen als [Preset Class] CAB anzeigen lassen. Dann besteht auch die Möglichkeit die Cabs erst zu exportieren (kipr) und dann kann man sie vom Kemper entfernen.

In meinem jugendlichen Leichtsinn habe ich vor längerer Zeit einmal ziemlich viele IRs importiert und gespeichert. Irgendwann habe ich dann gemerkt ... das war nix, aber die Dinger sind jetzt da drin.

Wie bekomme ich die jetzt wieder heraus? Wenn ich den Kemper in den Auslieferungszustand zurück setzen würde, wären alle weg ... das habe ich verstanden. Aber auch alles andere ist dann ja weg. Die Vorgehenseweise alles ausser eben den 18 Standard Cabs zu importieren ist mir nicht ganz klar. Wen ich ein Backup erstelle, von allem (also dem aktuellen Stand) und das importiere würde, wären dann die zusätzlichen Cabs weg?

Was ist dann mit allen Updates an sich.

Wie komme ich da auf den aktuellen Stand? War es nicht so, dass man erst manche Versionen installieren musste, bevor man weitere Aktualisierungen machen kann?

gibt es im RigManager eine Möglichkeit für Cabinets auch so etwas wie Favoriten zu setzen? Wenn ich im RM mit der rechten Maustaste auf [Select Cab Preset] gehe, ist die Liste leider viel zu lang. Gibt es hier einen Trick ... ausser vielleicht die gewünschten oder oft genutzten IRs mit dem Buchstaben [A] zu beginnen, damit die ganz vorne stehen?

Sad News today ... the same problem as before. I played a while and then the sudden death of the RigManager. The same story ... It seems that the software is not availlable anymore. I can see it under software but it is not possible to start (also not as an Adminstrator explizit]. I tried to repair and got the same error message (insufficient privileges).

Next step was the deinstallation. Tried to reinstall (without a reboot of the PC). Result = Error Message. This is a little frustrating because I don't have any idea about the reason. But because no one else seems to have the same trouble - this could be a problem of my PC or System. There was an Microsoft Update yesterday ...

Latest News ... after deinstalling the RM and a new installation it works fine since 2 days

Strange behaviour ...

Today I tried this after starting my PC:

Right Click on Rig_Manager_3_3_38.msi and clicked on REPAIR. This worked and after a short time the manager started. I made a backup and played for a while. After 10 Minutes the program closed automatically. After that I repeated the repair procedure and this ended in the well known message: insufficient privileges to access. Strange! But now I have a back up from the latest Rig Manager Content.



Next step is to deinstall the Rig Manager and after a reboot I will try to install it again. I keep you informed.

in my case the hidden files are shown all the time. I created a lot of different folders in the RigManager. What will happen if I deinstall the Rigmanager completely. Will they be lost or are these Information stored in a different place.

Today I can't start the RigManager without error.

So I tried to install 3.2.72 (64). The installation starts. I accepted the License Agreement. The system asked me: Would you like to install or make a change on your system ... I klicked YES. And again this error message with C:\program Files\Kemper Amps because insufficient privileges.

But there is no folder [Kemper Amps] on program files. So I added a new folder with the name [Kemper Amps] but now I got the message that this action can't be done because the folder or a file in this folder is already open.

I am working with a user who has admin rights on my PC. I never had problems with previous versions.

I downloaded the 3.3.38 Beta and installed it as usual. Last some minutes to read all data but worked at the end. Happily I played a while and then the Rig Manger was sudden closed. I tried to restart but I get always the Message, that the Installer (even if it was installed) has insufficient privileges to the directory
C:\Program Files\Kemper Amps. I tried to find this Folder but he does not exist.

If I restart the Computer it will work one time (for some minutes) and bang ... it's gone ...

Can anyone tell me what to do in this case?`

Ich habe RM 3.2.57.17257 und Kemper Release 8.6.6.32765

Normalerweise konnte ich krig Dateien direkt aus dem Explorer mittels drag & drop in meine Local Library kopieren. Das will er jetzt irgendwie gerade nicht machen. Es erscheint nur das "Verbots"-Icon. Das passiert sowohl bei einer, als auch bei dem Versuch mehrere Dateien zu übertragen. Hat sich da etwas geändert und es ist an mir vorbei gegangen oder ist das ein Bug?

Wenn ich über den Menüpunkt [Import Rigs] gehe, kann ich eine einzelne Datei hochladen. Mehrere geht auch nicht.

Kann ich 2 Computer für den RigManager nutzen? Ich habe einen festen für daheim und ein Laptop, mit dem ich gerne im Proberaum testen würde, wie die Rigs mit der dort vorhandenen Box rüber kommen.

Also ein RigManager Backup vom stationären Rechner machen, dann auf einen Stick ziehen und auf dem Laptop installieren.

Im Proberaum werde ich sicherlich Anpassungen machen. Am Ende würde ich dann wieder ein RM-Backup machen und dies dann auf dem stationären Rechner einspielen. Ist diese Vorgehensweise so korrekt?

Hab auch erst experiementieren müssen.

Was ich noch nicht herausgefunden habe ist, wie ich, wenn ich links einen Ordner (z. B. Rig Packs) ausgewählt habe ohne Maus nach rechts zu den Profilen springen kann. Vielleicht weiss ja da noch einer.

Doch alles gut. Das funktioniert mit den Pfeiltasten rechts / links

Hab gerade gesehen, dass man das jetzt mit Control + Enter macht. Schade, vorher war es einfacher.

spricht etwas dagegen das wieder möglich zu machen? Ich konnte in der Vorgängerversion mit den Pfeiltasten zwischen den Profilen in einem Ordner manövrieren. Das geht zwar noch immer, aber das Auswählen muss ich jetzt jedes mal mit einem Doppelklick machen. Das war vorher besser, weil ich einfach Enter anklicken konnte und schon war der Kopfhörer und das Profil ausgewählt. Jetzt muss ich die Maus benutzen.

Oder gibt es hier einen anderen "Trick"?
