That is nonsense. It does surely matter how you set the knobs on the amp to fit your guitars before profiling. But the guitar used for REFINING process has no impact to the result.

Hm I'm not confident you are right about that. After seeing how effectively Guido refines with high and low notes, I doubt the timbre of the guitar is completely irrelevant. Like it not having any impact at all.

I like this - would love to see what Kemper would come up with. At the right price point. Not interested in a 1000$ set of in-ears when things go crazy.

Generally people hate it or use it at very low levels :). Use your ears on this one. It most likely sounds awful on full.

Check if release audio in background is set in cubase.

Definitely make sure to push the power cable in thoroughly before each use.

In short. If you use plugins that create saturation (harmonics) which many people do, and those plugins are not coded optimally (which some aren't - but you might still like them for features etc.) then higher sample rates can be very relevant for you. And audibly superior.

I can copy/paste Performance Slots in Rig Manager. Such Slots cannot be locked, but disabled. So, you need to enable the Slot to see its content.

I can copy/paste Performance Slots in the PROFILER UI using the COPY/PASTE buttons of Head and Rack models, even if the destination Slot is disabled.

I can also copy/paste Performance Slots with PROFILER Stage holding the RIG button as described in the manual. Even if the destination Slot is disabled.

Thanks for clarifying Burkhard. The last part for referring to the profiler where I struggle to paste from one slot into another locked slot.

I have yet to play with the new fuzz effect. Anyways, I'm really liking what I read in the changelog and I appreciate all efforts by our beloved Kemper team to improve the Profiler and specifically RM

Is this confirmed? That you can't load presets into a locked slot? Anyone tried on the profiler?

Not totally sure I understand this sentence. Not everyone will benefit from the fuzz effects, instead they should listen to minorities? Sounds a bit like a contradiction (not native speaker though).

Be sure to use the neck pickup though for the "classical" shreddy sweep picking sound. And a healthy amount of gain.
