If you plugged your guitar into that it would still sound better than Helix.

Dude these melted my face off. Thanks!

What was Captain Lee Anderton hinting about that Kemper told him to keep hush until today?
Maybe the toaster models will now actually make toast. That s way better than any editor could be.

Ive had Line 6 and Fractal gear that allowed for dual amps and found it more of a gimmick than a really usable feature. Its a lot of tweaking/matching and mucking around for not much benefit IMO.
I would rather see better overdrives/reverbs as a priority and then maybe an editor (if only to save wear on the rotary knobs).
cheers
I am in the camp that doesn't "need" an editor. But how freaking cool would it be to be able to create a new profile on the fly by mixing and matching cabs and amps? -
I have been running reaper and am still getting familiar with it. Seems pretty intuitive so far.

Thanks. I didn't realize there was an aux in. I have been using it as a sound card for a while on my hackintosh and it has worked perfectly so far. I'll try the aux input first.

That's interesting, never heard of anyone doing this but probably possible?
However, I'm not sure if you'd want to as interfaces these days are pretty great and reasonably priced (depending).
Cheers!
Thanks for the reply. I'm sure its possible but from what I am seeing I would only be able to do mono. I know interfaces are dirt cheap these days so it may not be worth the effort.

I have heard of some guys using the hd500 as a midi controller for the kemper and was wondering if anyone used it as an audio interface for the Kemper. Anyone doing this?

Thanks for your support man!
No problem. I love sharing things that inspire me. Keep up the great work.

Hope you get an answer on this. I am interested as well.

Those sound brutal! The sinmix and the kt88 are my two favorites.

I just wanted to spread the word about the Mark V pack from Choptones. I bought this pack a couple months ago and it is fantastic. I initially couldn't find any sounds I liked because the pack has like a hundred profiles in it. I purchased the pack to get a good Boogie rhythm and lead profile. Not only did I find some great distorted sounds but I also found a pristine clean profile that I now use for almost everything! Have any of you guys tried this pack out? If so what were your favorites?

Really? Quite the opposite here. Not that the BHP profiles are bad, nope, they are awesome. In my case hearing really outstanding sounding profile makes me go and buy profiled amp.
In all honesty it has cured most of my need. That being said if I stumble across a bogner fish or CAE3+ For a reasonable price i would totally grab them. These profiles get me the tones i wanted the gear for. Totally satisfied with the tone in getting. Sounds unreal through the return on my stack.

My gas for 80s rack gear has been destroyed thanks to these. lol. My wife is very pleased I stopped buying old rack gear.

Thanks dude. These are great. The cabinet is stellar too.

I purchased the UK800 / UK Silver pack and all I can say is F**K!
Brilliant.Easily the best Jubilee pack i have ever tried.

The helix didn't sound good to me when I tried it. It has that digital noise the pods always had. The fractal units and the kemper sounded like they were in a different league. The Helix has signal routing far beyond anything else though. The ax8 was quite a bit cheaper thsn helix when i tried it. Of course when im spending 1500 to 2000 dollars on a unit the sound quality is more important than a couple hundred dollars price difference. Interesting how every country the prices are so different. In the end whatever keeps you playing is the best choice.

Glad this pack is getting the love it deserves. I have almost all of his packs because the quality is so high and the cost is very reasonable it's hard to beat.

I love bighairy profiles. My favorites are the ada mp1 pack and the cae3. The jube packs sound just like my real jubilee. I like to use the 18 wnd life profile as my clean and the symphony of destruction patches for my crunch.

You’re wrong, sorry. The standard Helix is much cheaper than the KPA :
- Helix Rack € 1173,-
- Helix Remote € 339,-
- Helix € 1222,-
So even the Helix Rack + Remote = cheaper than the KPA without Remote.I'm not wrong and neither are you. We apparently live in different countries. Here the helix standard is 1500 us dollars. I paid about that for my kemper and remote brand new. The Fractal Ax8 is cheaper than helix in my area. I am guessing the currency exchange rate and taxes and tariffs could make the prices different in other countries.
