For reference, here is the thread I spoke about above: New gnxllynchmob profile on rig exchange i love it,who else? And who made it?
I even asked them to kindly rate it. Oh well, guess it was too hard.
While posting here is no guarantee of feedback, it sure stands a lot better chance than on RE.

I posted a profile on RE a few weeks back. I found a thread telling me how great the profile was. Looked on RE, 0.00/5.00 with 0 votes.
Thanks!!! I knew I was missing something. I now feel embarrassed
Thanks for your help and patience.
I'm still at a loss here. When I go to page 2/6 in the output menu, and turn the knob, the Master Volume comes up at 0.0, and doesn't change when I turn the knob.
I must be missing something.
When I click the output button:
Output Menu:
Output source
Main Output: Master Stereo
Monitor Output: Master Mono
Direct Output: GTR+Processing
Spdif Output: Stack
Output Volumes
Main Volume: -20.2db
Monitor Volume: -79.8db
Direct Volume: looks like it's disabled
Headphone Volume: -79.8db
Monitor Output and Main Output EQ
Bass Middle Treble and Presence all set to 0
Output Addons
Spdif Volume: 0.0db
Pure Cabinet: 3.0
Space: 3.0
Aux In
All set to 0

Thanks for your patience. Still navigating my way around this incredible piece of equipment.
Maybe January NAMM?

I have an unpowered Kemper Rack. I tried using the Master Volume. The screen comes up, but nothing changes when I turn the knob. Is this normal in an unpowered unit?
I jumped into the rabbit hole of EQ IR tone matching with my Atomic Amplifire. I was tone matching everything. Just a heads up regarding IR tone matching. More times than not, your tone matching a guitar part that has been EQ'd to fit into the song. That sound may sound harsh when played without the backing track. You might want to add another track with some low end to your EQ to try and offset the harshness.
Yes. In order to see the altered name, just change rigs, and go back to the edited one. The name shows as updated.
Didn't notice it was available when turning the knob. I now know EXACTLY how I removed it, in the first place. Thanks!!
Found it in the system menu. THANKS!!!!!!
Over the last few days, I've noticed that the right knob no longer immediately changes profiles. It gives me a list, and I have to click load to change the profile. Did I change a setting? How can I get it back to it's original functionality?
Thanks
Display MoreHi guys,
i am really happy that i could test some profiles from the upcoming recty pack in front of release.
I must say that something big is on the way. Right out of the box with mick's fantastic eq in slot X and a treble boost in slot C.
No tweak !!!! Thats one of the most important things for me.
Here is a quick jam with a fantastic profile, cant wait to get the pack. Hope you like it.

Awesome playing as always!!! The profile sounds great also!!!
Take it easy chicken little. The sky is not falling.
'GNX' doesn't show up as 'Amplifier' in the Rig Exchange, it is in the name itself, but since it is a modeler I would like this to be clearly labeled
thx
Sorry. Is there a way to fix it, or remove and replace?
Btw, cool profile.
Thanks!!! Glad you like it. Enjoy.
besides being a guy working for a company I'm a guitarist first and foremost and what get's me everytime is:
- you simply play more instead of tweaking and tone chasing, and that is a beautiful thing
- playing more makes you a better guitarist, but since the Profiler reacts to all these minute details of phrasing - with the right Profile - it let's you know exactly in which areas you need to practise a bit more. Just like a great tube amp would.
so here's a piece of gear that actually makes you a better musician if you let it - and that is quite rare IMHO.
of course I'm biased, but probably not as much as you'd think
It already has!!! Coming from the modeler world, they are pretty forgiving when you play something slightly wrong. It covers for you. The Kemper acts like a real amp, and all your misses are in plain view. At first it was a kick to the ego, but after a couple of days of actually paying attention to what I was playing, all is good in the Kemper world
