A little heads up. Damian asked to inform you that selecting Cabs from presets and files are on the way!
Fingers crossed, but so far Damian has never let us down. A real God send his Toast ME!New video on the way
Cheers!

Very useful feature!
But the Clean Sens... parameters are not "detected" from the Kemper - the initial settings from the Rigs do not show up. It stays on 0.0 for example even if the Rig has another settings. But the editor can change the settings - the other way round (changing parameters on the Kemper) does not show up in the editor yet. Sorry I have no Facebook account , so I have to report here... Maybe you can tell Damian. Thanks!Except of that everything works excellent - just a dream come true
Thanks for the feedback. I will pass it through.

Iv'e been watching your Youtube movies Tijl. Thanks. Great program from Damian Greda. Have not had the time to test it.
If only Rig Manager could handle IR's better than via placing IR's on a USB stick and having to put that in the Kemper every boring time again. Your solution is a good effort. It helps. I use OSX but Windows users can use Total Commander. It handles your Kemper Backup file as a folder with subfolders. Place the cabs in the right subfolder, save the backup file and load it into your Kemper. In this way you can also delete lots of cabs in little time.
But still...the best way would be if Rig Manager could handle IR's the same way as profiles. Maybe someone can make that happen. Thanks man. I am aware of the 'total commander way', i use 7-zip for that. Why don't you use WineBottler (http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/) for running 7-zip. this way you can enjoy the same workflow as on PC.

I got around this frustration by purchasing a reamp box, or I suppose you could do it via SPDIF? I need a continuous sound source and both hands free to do my tweaking I also use a FX8 unit, so the reamp box is a very useful addition for sound design. I just need a Kemper software editor now and I am all set

My only worry is where the entertainment will come from once it dies, Nemo.
It'll be, "Yay! Kemper's released an awesome editor!", then, "Oh no... what'll we do now?".Play guitar I guess...

None taken. Friends of Damian are my friends (cheesy i know). I've also contributed to his beer consumption but i also created some video's to get the ball rolling and help people out.
Just to be clear: I to am not trying to get anything from this.If only Kemper could be so forgiven and un-ban Damian since he's all about spreading the 'Kemper Love'. Please dear mod's reconsider, Damian has repeatedly stated he was wrong ..2 years of excile is more than enough..
Kind Regards,

The Toast ME page is created and hosted by Damian Greda, so don't worry: both pages are legit ;-).
But i couldn't agree more: Damian is a genius and should get some more donations for his hard work. Thank you so much Damian!

Back on topic: the editor is pure midi communication and is only able to change hardware accessible parameters of the Kemper. The only thing you might ‘screw up’ are your stored rigs, input and output parameters. The editor WILL NOT damage your Kemper since it only mimics hardware interaction by software, which is a blessing.
One more thing: if the Kemper was only an Amp Profiler, an editor would indeed be overkill since in that respect the hardware interface is just perfect. But this amazing Tone Machine has evolved into a full blown Studio, Live and Effects unit where the hardware interface still offers plenty control but in a very tedious way... in that respect the unofficial editor covers this in spades, especially the tweaking of effects and the newly added lock states...
Cheers!

Hi.
This is the Public Beta discussion thread, back to topic and stay on topic, please.
Thanks.Well, it's working very nicely indeed. No hickups so far! Great Job on the stereo monitoring! That particular feature (mono monitoring) was the only thing that I found a missed opportunity; Now it's perfect! Thank you Kemper!

This all looks fantastic. Really looking forward to getting some time and setting this up at home.
Wait until you see version 1.25... patience...

Wow, this will be really handy to have - I requested for it, because this will simplify trying new cabs so much! I have to install your editor
Thank you. It's not "my editor", it's created by Damian Greda ;-). I'm just trying to spread to everyone how convenient the editor is in combo with the rig manager.
