No idea but they sound right on to me. I think they made good choices.
I’ll be curious to see if anyone knows for sure. If no one knows, you could try sending pink noise through the input and mornitoring the EQ changes with a good analyzer plugin.

Just an update. I initially received a confirmation email about contacting Kemper support. I haven’t been contacted by an actual person though. Hmm....
let us know what was said. Very curious.
I think @Daniel Rossier means a mix control for the whole FX section. Like, all 4 post stack slots at once. If so, I have found need for similar as well.
Like as if the four stereo FX slots were in an amp’s parallel loop and you could turn the ‘wet’ side up and down without having to adjust each one.
That option would be nice.
But, there are zero issues with using the unbalanced output into a balanced input. Use a standard guitar cable. The ring on the input will be shorted to ground and ignored.
It would only become an issue over a long distance.
Did you try profiling other amps?
I tried two. One (a Bad Cat Cub with EL84’s) did it much more than the other (locally built 40 watt amp with 6L6’).
Never came up with a reason why. I also tried a couple different DI boxes. Obviously though, if you have an amp you want to profile, “try a different amp” is not a satisfactory solution haha. It was frustrating.
Yup. This is exactly what I ran into. Couldn’t find any helpful info.
I experienced this exact issue when I tried to get some Direct profiles. I kept adjusting the return level and trying again.
I also seem to remember turning he master down a bit and I believe that helped.
All the searching I did made it seem like the level coming back into the Kemper was too hot. Not sure how or why. It was only a 50 watt amp.
Another good point @Monkey_Man about Space. I was about to mention that.
@rpsolomons the headphone out has “Space” on it by default, which is pretty realistic Room verb type thing. If you hit Output, got to the last page, you can unclick the soft button that says “Space > Headphone only” to unselect it and you’ll get that effect in your Main outs as well.
I haven’t noticed that. Make sure you’re sending plenty of signal to your Mbox for a good signal to noise ratio.
How high is your Main out?
Are you doing stereo?
I've been looking for a while to activate deactivate fx within a rig. I don't have a Remote but are using a Roland FX-200 midi controller. So I if I want to deactive let's say reverb or delay or gain then I need a second rig with these settings. This means making sometimes several rigs for the same song... (Yes, I know, not very efficient..and uses a lot of capacity of controller)
I wonder if I can activate/deactivate individual fx within any rig, using switches for this purpose like this one (for two different fx in the rig ??) : https://www.boss.info/us/products/fs-6/ and assign the fx to such footswitches
Yes, you sure can.
If you got two FS-6’s, you could do that with 4 effects.
Thanks for showing us the new reverbs. Do you have any idea as to what types of reverbs there will be? I was wondering about more basic stuff, like general plate and room, as I don't typically do a lot of ambient stuff. Those definitely sound great in your videos, though.
Here are some more standard sounds. I may like this engine even better! The plate presets sound fantastic.
Even better audio! Recorded in stereo, straight off the Kemper.
I love turning down the High Shift parameter. It’s in the Cabniet menu. To me, it sounds a lot like moving the mic further off center
Amen to that! Best gear decision I’ve ever made.
I don’t like that it sounds so epic. I end up playing it too much! Should’ve just got a Helix so I could spend more time tweaking it
It all your profiles are too bassy, find better profile haha. Kemper is not making bass.
Seriously though, with new reverbs around the corner, my little laundry list of qualms is getting pretty short.
Top of the list would be:
All in all, I’m loving it.
same tone as the first example on the internet. Please check out the big difference

Well I only listened on my phone speakers but that’s just... awful. Hahaha.
Is the Cabinet button lit up?
And I asked this earlier, is the Lock button lit up?
I am having difficulty downloading this new update. I tried through Rig Manager and it failed, RM is version 2.1.41 and I have tried updating to the 2.5. whatever and cannot locate it and yes I have Beta updates checked as well. Since that didn't work ( I tried about 3 times and same error). I then tried downloading the update onto my USB stick and load it that way. Same message file error cannot load. I am using a Mac Mini running Sierra Version 10.12.6 if that makes any difference. Any ideas on what else I can check?
Thanks in advance
Dan
Hmm. I had to update RM first and even then, it took quitting it and opening maybe twice before the caught the update.
Maybe a setting is locked, like the High Shift on the cab. When something is locked, it will still the same for any Rig you load.
Is the Lock button lit up at all?
