Hey Everyone. How does the Helix's overdrive/distortion stomps compare to the Kemper? I'm happy with the amp/cab tones that I get from my Kemper, but I'm considering to pair it with a Helix Stomp or Helix Effects. Are the overdrive and distortion tones and options any better on the Helix?

Say your playing your strat, and your thinking "my strings aren't falling off the saddles often enough", then maybe you need a Jazzmaster.
I always wanted one 'til I played one, they do look cool though. Maybe if you dont hit the strings hard you'll be fine, otherwise I've heard of people running a string retainer behind the bridge, whatever suits your playing style I suppose
The jazzmasters do have issues with the strings slipping out of the saddles. The saddles on these models are more reliable Mustang type saddles, still not strat-reliable. I also own a standard strat, which is my go-to, but the JM brings its own mojo to the table.

Ha funny, the Jazzmaster is the alternative standard. So what is an alternative Jazzmaster?
Hahahahaha, very true that jazzmasters are the standard alternative in general. The 2016/2017 American Professional is unorthodox in comparison to more traditional jazzmasters.

how is maple fretboards on jazzmasters? They usually come with rosewood
These were the only Jazzmasters that were released with maple fretboards (from what I know) yes. It has a very "stratty" feel & tone to it. It seems that there are many who praise Fender for these Jazzmasters, but they aren't very popular among traditionalists (maple fretboard, strat-"like" single coils and no dual wiring system). I'm loving it, but I have an alternative taste in general.

Hey all,
I've uploaded a profile of my Vox AC15H1TV Heritage to the RE.
I know HAYS has a bunch of this amp, but mine sounds different (MXL Ribbon Mic). It's crunchy with HB's and the gain is very usable up the scale.
I don't know how to link to Rig Exchange so HERE'S the link
Rock On
JenHey Jen. The link is dead. Or am I doing something wrong?

Lecker is German for delicious, and it means the same in Dutch.
For we South Africans (and ex boks) 'though, it's Afrikaans for "nice", of course, and spelled without the "c".
Eltzejupp is German.
BTW Dawie, jou Fender is baie lekker, broer.
I should've figured. Thank you Monkey_Man

Thanks guys.
The entire audio for the video has been completed, it sounds totally amazing.
We used the M.Britt 69 for three minutes of lead for the song and the final one and a half minutes is one of Tim Owens BE100.
Also some cleans using a Britt Princeton.
With the Britt 69 we increased presence by two LEDs and lowered Gain by one LED...lol, not much tweaking needed.
We've also got a vintage Hammond C3 on the track which is mind blowing. ..mic'd the Leslie with two SM57s.
Will have to get permission to share the audio.
We'll start working on the video as soon as my new shipment of Tokais arrives from Japan in a day or two.
"Dankie" for the info
