I apologize in advance, I realize this isn't the proper place to post this but was hoping for some assistance:

I purchased two kemper kone speakers and am hoping to be able to send them back. They just aren't quite what I am looking for. Nothing bad to say about them, just slightly prefer my kemper into my two EV12L loaded 1x12s.

I have sent a couple emails to [email protected] regarding a possible return. I also submitted a form on the "contact me" page a couple days ago. I haven't heard back from any of my attempts.

Anyone know how else I should reach out?

I apologize if this answer is available somewhere else, I can't seem to find it.

Can you have a different imprint set per preset? As in, when I change presets, the imprint can change as well?
