I've got the Northlane pack and honestly don't use it a whole lot, I've found so many better profiles in other packs. The Will Putney pack for instance I use more than anything at the moment. I also really enjoy the Andy James bundle. I've heard good things about the Atrium bundle so I'm sure I'll add that one eventually as well along with the Kris Crummet and David Bendeth.
I just saw War Of Ages the other night and Their guitar player Jack was using profiles from his signature pack from King Sound (http://www.kingsoundstudio.com…-jdr-signature-collection) and it sounded pretty bad ass. Think that's gonna be the next one I pick up.
Just as a reference I'm currently playing in 2 bands, both metal, one in D Standard and Drop C, the other with a 7 string in Drop A.

I've only been using the Kemper for a couple weeks now and this is DEFINITELY something I've been wishing for. Be it folders or tags, either would be amazing. Just to be able to sort through so many profiles so much quicker.
So far I've been trying to just keep as few profiles as possible on the actual Kemper and leaving all the rest on my computer. Keeping only ones that I know are favorites on the unit itself. I also put a " * " at the beginning of my clean profiles to be able to tell those apart quicker. Being able to put multiple tags on each and then search by tags would be ideal, but even just being able to put them in a few different folders would be a huge plus.

Just got my Kemper Powered Rack about a week ago. I wanted to keep as much as possible in as small of a rack as possible.
I wanted the rack to house not only the Kemper, but also a power conditioner, my wireless, the Remote, and ALL of the cables.
After a lot of researching all the dimensions and looking through countless pictures I decided a 4U rack was going to work.

I started with this rack case from RoadCasesUSA. I had purchased a pedal board case from them before for my Fractal AX8 and was extremely happy with the quality of case, especially for the price.
Also picked up this Furman Power Conditioner from Sweetwater.com for keep everything nice and safe.
Had already bought a short IEC power cable from BTPA.com for my AX8 pedal board that worked perfectly for the rack setup.
Also in the rack is my Shure wireless I got from Sweetwater.com as well.

I used a foam insulation board I found at Lowes to make the bottom and sides. Took a whiles to get all the measurements right but it worked out perfectly. Used a table saw and a bread knife to makes all the cuts I needed.
Found a nice piece of soft fabric at a craft store to line everything with and make it look nice. Pretty easy to secure to the foam with some spray adhesive from Home Depot.
Some Scotch double sided tape holds the wireless securely to the side of the rack.
Some zip ties and velcro strips keep all my cables nice and secure in the back and still leaves plenty of access to all of the jacks in the back of the Kemper.

Super happy with the end result. Having a cab at home and also the practice spot means only having to carry the 4U rack and my guitar.

    Hey everyone.
Just made the switch from a Fractal AX8 to the Kemper Powered Rack and Remote. Love both units but this one better suits the way I run my rig.
Definitely looking forward to seeing what this little beast can do.
Currently just running guitar straight into the Kemper and direct to front of house as well as to a live guitar cab for practice and stage volume.
Just got the unit a couple hours ago and already happy with it. Just waiting for my new rack to arrive tomorrow and I'll post some rig pics.
