The bad thing is the decimals you have to rotate out of. I've never heard of a 120.4 bpm or why someone would use that.
because not all music is played to a click track (at least the good music)

First thing to do is ditch the Audacity and get a nice DAW program
Nothing wrong with Audacity: it yout guitar won´t sound different in any other DAW.
the sound i get out of the recording is bad (muddy, not clear and not well defined) comparing to the sound i get out of the monitor.
How are you monitoring your recorded sound? Compare Kemper with Headphones and your recording with headphones, if it sounds different, get another interface or record digital.

I bought this liquid bundle, played around with it, and can really recommend it.
Bought quite a few things in the past with very mixed results, but here ALL the profiles are really great.
I particularly like the fender profiles

Beim Monitor Out gibt es auch die Option "DI Low" und "DI High". Was ist denn da der Unterschied zu Git Analog?
steht ausführlichst im Handbuch auf Seite 123

No place to hide when unplugged in that scenario. I know that if I can perform well on an unplugged, electric I won't have any issues when plugged in.
the other side of the coin: i used to practise and play a lot like that, but i found that when i plugged back into the amp my playing got less dynamic control, and i also missed a lot of noises that my left hand created but only amplified.
-
i don´t know if you´re on windows or osx, but in osx you already have a lot of options to do this without the need to connect a profiler
-
Don´t overthink it.
I just tried the liquid stuff with some fender amps and i was very positive surprised by the results:
the profiles behaved more like real amps IF you fiddle with the knobs, and i got quicker to better results
than with the generic (old) tonestack or with the eq.
For me it´s a big improvement.
p.s : pretty hard to read your post without paragraphs (for me).

you can already put acoustic guitar IRs in the cabinet slot, works quiet well but don´t forget to turn off the amp.
The problem with an external device is, I can not switch it with the profiles, it remains always an additional step.
you can use the loop fx to switch with profiles
-
how can I take a rig from one performance and store it in another using rig manager? Or on the Kemper...less preferred.
for me copy and paste on the profiler is WAY simpler and quicker
-
you could replace the Boss AB by panning your guitar sound to one side and bass to the other.
another possibility is to play guitar in stereo (main outs), and switch on a loop for the bass rigs (send out).
it depends also on your monitoring situation.

I think that when you burn it you have already saved it.
manual p.358:
Now, hold “Burn” for a few seconds. Finally, be sure to save the Rig.

Who says he doin it right though? He actually doing it different to how i tried yest. Kempers terrible at this stuff. Like the manual that comes with it. They bring out a new crazy feature with no instructions.
you find step by step instruction to liquid profiling in the manual.
what´s wrong with it?

category equalizers
-
with the default Mac drivers (sorry new to Mac) and what was the latency like
- no driver install necessary (class compliant)
- you can activate direct monitoring in kempers usb settings to avoid latency
