I just confirmed that the XLR is working properly. I will go and open a support ticket.

I'm using a countryman 195. There isn't a pad switch on it. When I start profiling, it gets really loud and then just stops right when the white noise starts to come in.

Hi, I'm hoping to get some help with this. I've been having a bunch of problems profiling one of my amps directly. Everything seems to be set up correctly, but when I try to profile it, I get an error that the signal isn't loud enough. The weird part is that I can hear my guitar through my cabinet that I have set up with a DI box in between it and the amp. The return level doesn't do anything, and I when I switch to the kemper amp, I still hear my guitar through my speaker cab. Any help you can give is much appreciated!
This is my signal chain.
Kemper Direct out -> Amp Input
Amp Speaker Out -> DI Box Input
DI Box Through -> Speaker Cab
DI Box Output -> Kemper Return XLR
Guitar -> Kemper Front Input
