Isn't the tonestack of a Plexi the same as a JTM45?
I don't think so.

PLEXI! All low, mid, high gain.
Can you use older profiles with liquid? Can old profiles be liquid?
This is the beta release correct? Not the official release?
These profiles are THE BEST!🔥
Has anyone had any luck finding the site and purchasing?
That's the beauty of it. You can have one saved with the marshall model and one with the generic. Pick and choose what you want.
That is beautiful! Looking forward to it.
Usually it indicates an edit that I just did for myself, such as one of the 79 Twin rigs with the screamer stomp on. I wanted to save it that way because I was comparing it to a gained up rig and didn't want to have to keep turning on the screamer stomp over and over. Other than that I would have to look at the rig and figure it out. Usually it's just an edited version I was happy with.
It just depends on what the amp is and if there is a matching amp model. I may still use the generic stack for Marshall type amps because I feel it gives me more flexibility in tone shaping but I'm not sure yet. I haven't been brave enough to convert my on-stage Kempers to Liquid Profiling firmware yet.
I think I'd like to have both tone stacks. Would be nice to have a traditional tone stack for Marshalls.
Wow, that's interesting. Is there anything specific you didn't like? What about the MBritt/ToneJunkie is better for example?
Mbritt and Tone Junkie are better in my opinion.
I agree. I think the pack was horrible and very overpriced. I was very disappointed.
as I wrote
you need to press the Store button while you are in Perform mode and select the option with the corresponding soft button.
Thank you!
you can use the "store to browse pool" option in the Store menu when you press the STORE button in Perform Mode.
Thank you but what would be the steps to get there?
is it possible to extract the rig without using rig manager? Like via USB? I too have a performance pack I'd like to extract profiles or rigs from.
dgburns some of your other Marshall profiles are fantastic too.
Display MoreHappy New Year
It's a New Year, that must mean it's time for a new stab at the old Randy Rhoads re-issue White Marshall 100 watt head ( it's freakish loud ). I also don't think I ever did it justice in the past, so here we go again. This time I'm trying 2 x Marshall 4x12 cabs each with the Fredman mic technique. That's 4 x SM 57's with the 55 degree angles as shown in pic.
Profiled with and without an Ibanez TS 808 tube screamer. I used the channel 1 in, which means the volume 1 & 2 were cascaded, with volume 1 at near 10 and channel 2 at 8 or so. I mean this thing was dimed. Voltage set to 112 volts using bucking transformer. I gave in and put the Boss Waza tube expander between the head and cabinets cause the volume was nuts.
Maybe these work for you ? Maybe they don't....Patches are in the RE.
-Wht Marshall // the starting point
-Wht Marshall boost // non boost profile with kemper boost pedal internally added
-Wht Marshall Overdrive neutral // profiled with ts808
-Wht Marshall Overdrive most // patch just tweaked up to give more juice
Your Marshall profiles are some of the BEST! Thanks!
Thanks for the kind words, I must get round to capturing a new set of profiles of my modded Marshall.
Modded Marshall!!?? Yes please!
Thanks for your profiles LiamThompson !
I'm using his modded Marshall and It sounds very good
Those sound great. Check out his 1959 plexi pack. Great plexi tones, well made profiles.
blittle1222 just dropped a new profile pack! As usual with his profiles they sound fantastic. Check them out!
In my opinion there are a lot of bad or badly profiled profiles on the RE. Every now and then I find something I like or that's usable for me. I love anything that"s good from cleans to metal stuff. I find that buying rigs is the way to go for me. Now saying that I've bought some profiles that I haven't liked but in general there have been more bad profiles for free than bad profiles to buy. My opinion. I get better results from buying then from free.
Man the Martin Suijs Marshall 68 SB 4A is absolutely amazing. Great clean up, feels great, sounds amazing. He also has other Marshall profiles that are very good. Martin Suijs thank you. You should definitely make more anything Marshall!
