This happens often to me. If I turn the unit off and back on it will function normally. But I use the looper live and it gives me great anxiety not to know if it's gonna work or not. Everything else functions normally

I found the way!! I had same problem and been trying and reading till I found it!!! ;D
If you experience that drop in volume when playing chord with distorted sound, go to the input section and turn distortion sens a bit up, and clean sens a bit down. Half db on each sens made it for me, but find the balance with your guitar.
Power sagging also afects, but more subtle. Turning it up help me a bit to hear distortions a bit fuller, I think...

I love the morph effect on the rig button, but it is only for the specific rig morph.
It would be great being able to lhave two deiffrent satages for an effect, and morph between them with the effect switch you assign on the remote. I know it is meant tot turn on/off, but in some cases I would prefer to have it always on and switch from one stage of parameters to another. Let's say, short dly/long dly, ambience/big space, subtle chr/strong chr...
Maybe leaving pressed could be set to morph instead off momentary switch.
