Very cool! Just wondering, if I understand correctly, the audience was hearing your tone through the Laney? No PA or anything else?

Cool, thanks!

I use two Headrush FRFR-12's in stereo to play at home and for gigs I carry a FRFR-108 as a spare monitor. Very happy with all of them!

Hey guys,
Very much in love with my KPA (toaster, unpowered), just need some advice on an issue I'm experiencing. I used to play live on a big Two Rock 100W and when using a Strat a usually achieved my lead tone by stacking several OD pedals. Since I don't want to ruin my back I only play the Two Rock at home and use the KPA live ever since I got it. I have profiled the clean tone of the Two Rock and the KPA did a beautiful job in that regard. However, I seem to be having trouble capturing the lead tone with the pedals engaged. I read in the manual that the KPA has some trouble capturing a TubeScreamer but I'm using a Klon Kentaur into a Marshall Bluesbreaker. When profiling that tone, the result is quite thin and lifeless when compared to the original amp tone, whereas, as I said, the clean tone (without pedals) is captured perfectly. So, I wonder, do you guys have any advice? Or should I just run the pedals in front of the KPA? That would not be my preferable choice because I love to use the KPA as an all-in solution.
Cheers!

Thanks, I guess that's the solution then!

Just wondering, does anybody notice an increase in noise/hiss when hooking up the KPA to the Headrush? I really have to keep the volume on the Headrush down and set the monitor volume on the KPA at -5db or higher. If I put the volume on the Headrush above 12 o' clock I notice this hiss which is only there when the KPA is engaged, also when the KPA is in Tuner mode and the output is muted. When I power on the Headrush and turn its volume knob fully clockwise it's dead silent. I tried messing with the ground knobs on both the KPA and the Headrush but no success so far.

Wow, that's one cool amp, looking forward to the profile! When will it be available?

Amazing, thanks a lot!

No problem. Here's one with an original Marshall BluesBreaker 1:

And here's one with both combined, Marshall BluesBreaker 1 into Ceriatone Centura:

If you add a Green Scream to the last profile (possibly even preceded by a Pure Boost) and you plug in a Strat and set it to the neck pickup, you'll have JM lead tone galore. Have fun!

OK, so here's a new profile with a Ceriatone Centura in front of it. Hope you guys like it!

Thank you! I'm sure people would like to hear it with your pedals, too
Thanks, I'll get around to it soon!

Hi guys,
Made a profile of my Ceriatone JM100 amplifier. This is Ceriatone's take on John Mayer's signature sound. I absolutely love this amp. It's basically a clone of John's Two Rock signature model, with some Steel String Singer elements in them, pretty much a hybrid amp of his setup during a lot of years, before the switch to J-MODs etc. The Two Rock JM sig is a pretty dark amp, designed to blend with his more crispy Dumble amps I suppose. When designing this amp, it was made to sound a bit more open than the Two Rock JM sig.
Here it is, it's also on the rig exchange:

I think it sounds best with low output single coils, like JM Big Dippers or Klein Jazzy Cats, but that's just my personal preference. Of course be sure to tweak it to your liking. If you'd like to have a profile with a Klon and/or Bluesbreaker added, let me know!

Bumping this thread... would be great to have Komt 60 profile!
