Problem solved. KPA was already updated..
Stupid, I know, but would it be so hard to program the update-process to tell me this?
-
Have you tried more than once on each? It took me two times with RM to succed. If nothing works, open a After checking support ticket.
After checking in RM for updates, it simply says: 'this software is up-to-date'.
Tried al possible ways: RM, usb, different cables.

Can't get it to update (either by usb nor by RM)

Hi everyone,
Please find my latest backup. Only from free profiles.
Acoustic is the one I use with my piezo. Some are well known, Rm Pacheco Morgan AC20, Gundy Keller and so on.
Note that my current main Tone from which I base a lot of my rigs is made from IIC+ by RichB I combine with my fav cab.
I use space in output at 1.7 and my input for dist is +2.1
A video is here just to show how my rigs are intended to sound with my gear and fingers.

Enjoy
Great stuff. I love your JP-Lead etc. profiles. Is there any way the backup file can be unpacked or can you transfer it directly in to the Kemepr without it changing my own profile-collection?

Two Rock Classic Rev by AlexisBoyer
Nice, warm, slightly compressed cleans.
You can fatten it up with a tubescreamer.
-
Great profiles. Makes my strat sustain well!

Code Jubilee by BSD
Very rich high-gain.

Fender CLAPTON Twino by JAN S
It's a hairy, dirty overdrive with a lot of character that should be played relatively loud with light pick attack.
It reminds me a lot of Clapton's sound.

JP-LEAD DRY by GERALD MASSOIS
The effects that go with it, are also excellent.

Look a couple of replies down in this thread

In RM search for Friedman SS Britt
Great, thanks! (found it in RM under 'All Riggs')
How does this rig hold up live on stage?
-
Is this on the Exchange? I don't see anything coming up from M Britt when I search on "Stevens".
Thanks,
Jeff
Great, thanks.
-
Great stuff, great vocals too!
-
You should ask the techs at Kemper.
-
I haven't been able to try my profiles live on stage yet, but I used some profiles on several occasions with bands in a practising environment. I found that profiles that are darker sounding often work best.
-
Keep em coming!

I have a powered rack Kemper and plug into Marshall and MESA cabs for gigs (don't use IEM or FOH) - the best live tones I've found are the Choptones John Petrucci pack of direct profiles and the freebie Michael Britt "Steve Stevens" profile available on his blog. Perfect for playing loud live hard rock/metal.
Great, thanks.
