But to be honest at least not a very common one with its 15" speaker and a JBL. At least not for meaty kinds of rock music ("Brown Sound" & co). Typically that goes through 12" speakers and rather Celestions, EV or similar. That makes a lot of the meaty sound. I agree with paults that there would be lot of tweaking necessary to get the tone in the ballpark of the 12"s. Certainly not impossible but not as natural.
Lot's of suggestions, great!
I prefer 15" speakers and I don't hear a difference in 'meatiness' between the two types. SRV surely didn't mind. -
'Are you using a bass cabinet? '
No, it's guitar cabinet.

Thanks for your input.
Anyone else specific favourite rigs proven live on stage?
-
every rig from Tone Junkies.....
I think you miss my point. Did you test ALL the rigs from Tone Junkies live on stage?

There is this wonderful thread on the forum about favourite rigs: What are "your" hidden gems in Rig Exchange? Post your best finds here ...
I found some great rigs there. I want to elaborate on this thread:
I have a powered toaster, with a passive cabinet (JBL 15"), monitor cab off.
After having tried the Kemper live on stage I soon found out that a lot of rigs lack body and sound thin, to put it simply. I was for example dissapointed with the TopJimi Brown Sound rigs. They (as do many) sound great on bedroom level but live there's simply not enough meat to cut through the mix and I hate compensating this with adding more db's.
So my question to you is: what are your specific favourite rigs proven live on stage?

I have a FCB1010 (with UnO chip) that worked fine, but now both the Wah and the Volume don't work..
I checked in system setting and both pedals show normal input when rocked.
I reset the the controller, but still nothing.
Perhaps this is due to the numerous updates of lately? Anyone else having this problem?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Eureka!
I reinstalled Windows completely and it works fine now.
So much better experience, love it.
Thanks for the support!

Thanks
Yes it has the latest firmware
It must be something in my Windows

Thanks
Tried it, but no luck.
Thanks a lot so far everybody!

Somewhere RIG Manager doesn't shut down completely. I can shut it down in taskmanager / details.
-
Still no solution.
Spoke several times with support, even changed the KPA for a different one.
Every time I shut down the KPA within a Windows session, the kemper driver will stay in memory and after restarting of the KPA in the same Windows session the code 38 driver conflict appears. Only restarting Windows will solve it.
Never had these problems, but what can one say, Windows...
-
To be more precise, when I restart the KPA, after having been normally connected to RM, there is no connection.
-
Okay, thanks!
-
I'm a Kemper user for not more than a week so I guess I don't have 'old' versions of RM?
-
Rig manager is often disconnected from my KPA, 'driver error ' according to Windows 10. Restarting Windows is the only thing that works so far.
I have the latest Rig Manager and firmware.
I reinstalled driver + RM; also tried different USB ports and cables.
Is there something else I could do?
Please let me know

Fellow Kemperers!
Just got my Kemper powered amplifier and getting to know it slowly but surely.
Hope I can learn and share!
As my Kemper is powered head and I have a passive speaker (15" JBL) with it, I would like to permanently turn of the cabinet on all rigs.
Can anyone tell me how? Thanks in advance.
