Let's not forget that they need software in place as well. The Kone without functioning software is just a speaker with a non-optimal sound (well it may be FRFR but still)

think so too
if no original Kone is plugged in
Imprint feature would be not active in Menue
This makes no sense, how would the KPA know what speaker is connected?
The feature will be available, it just won't sound as intended without a proper Kone.

Would it really work to mimic a 15" speaker? It seems to me that you wouldn't really capture the specifics, especially the bass part fo the spectrum, when sending it through the 12" speaker. You want the boom of a larger speaker, you need to get the larger speaker. I have no Idea though.
It reminds me of when HDTV became a thing and all the commercials tried to show SDTV/HDTV comparisons to show how much better a new TV would be. Problem was of course, you watched the comparison on the SDTV you already owned,

It doesn't work like that, nothing is recognized. You get to set a setting in a menu. That's it

The documentation is pretty clear I think. Press and hold button on remote and press on front of Profiler.
Edit: Actually I can see how that can be misunderstood

For people using the Mission pedals, what are you using the toe switch for? Is it used to switch between wah/volume/whatever and something else?
Isn’t it annoying to have to move the pedal to activate the switch?
-
Well you have tried less than 10 and more than 30 from what I can tell.
Maybe count before you act like a ****
And I have code compiling. I have literally nothing to do.
-
Then I do not think you have tried 10-30 letters

Its not working for me. Even though I have a subject line, it still tells me I need one?
I got that one as well, I just shortened the subject and it was fine

I misspelled then, I have the latest and the greatest. And the form is not working for me.

the feedback form is working here, i've just tried.
Please update your Profiler, the version you're using is not working with the latest Rig Manager beta. The update will also fix the "crash" you're facing.
I just installed the latest available beta version this morning. From this link:
And when posting feedback form I still get:
Now from a new network and a new computer
-
I have one more:
I just updated to the newest Beta. The Kemper unpowered toaster is on the latest Beta release: 7.1.7.15562B.
When I select performance 8, the toaster crashes. I attached the on screen error message. These performances have worked before. They were created with RM on Beta OS .14
1. Performances
2. Scroll up to performance 8
3. Crash
Please get the feedback form to work again!!

Am I the only one getting 500 errors when trying to file Beta feedback? I will post it here for memory and try again tonight.
I just updated to the newest Beta and I now cannot connect to the Kemper. The Kemper unpowered toaster is also on the latest Beta release: 7.1.7.15562B. I am running Windows 10 Enterprise. I have been able to connect on previous versions but I did not use the latest beta version. I think the last one I tried was .14.
Steps:
1. Plugin USB cable in powered on Kemper
2. Plugin USB cable in computer with RM open
3. Error
4. "My profiler" then shows up to the left but with 0 rigs
-
The Kemper has an amp section and a cab section. If you don't turn off the cabinet, you will get the cabinet model played through your cabinet, i.e you get it twice. That will not sound to good. Since you have a proper real cabinet, turn of the cab on the Kemper!
-
I can really vouch for these products. I have the newer studio version and it is perfect. Taking no space whatsoever and provides a clean amplification.
If I start gigging regularly, I will definitely upgrade to a more powerful camplifier
-
Man I would love to get to do gigs like that!
-
First you would need to turn the Cabinet section off. Then it is usually not much harder than sending from your preferred output on the Kemper to the Return on the FX loop on the amp. The FX loop allows for e.g pedals to be inserted after the preamp part of the amplifier but before the power amp. So by plugging into the FX return you would not have the preamp alter the sound.
The quality of the output would depend on how linear the power amp is though.

I wonder what the ratio 4 Ohm to 8-16 ohm on power amps out there is. It seems like a lot of people have problems using their old power amps. I see the reason for going 4 ohm with the Kone but it might have been more useful to a lot of people if it was 8 ohm instead.

...so, that does confirm different sound through FOH and then through the Kabinet.
My config live is very simple....FRFR monitor with powered rack (unpowered monitor- so perfect for Kone), main out to FOH as I play 99% live with my KPA
Don;t get me wrong, I'm really excited about this, but if imprints are used for Kabinet and not for FOH, the sounds will be different. Given its not suitable for miking ( not that i would want to) not sure I understand the use case. The whole issue with Amp in the room sound that people say they miss has become less important to me because its my FOH that people hear. Just odd if I hear something different...
To be fair I didn't get morph until I tried it!
I'll get one anyway though
I see what you are saying but wouldn't it be this way if you'd just bring your ol' Marshall along and mic it? Amp in the room sound from the cabinet on stage and a mic'd up sound from the PA.
