  • Profiler Stage Can't Load Effects List

    I've been quiet happy with my Stage for the two weeks or so I've had it.

    I just thought I'd now go a bit further in-depth with different sounds for a setlist. Whilst adding effects to a rig, the effect database got stuck loading - showing the message "Assembling a list of presets. This might take a couple of seconds.". After a few minutes of waiting and nothing happening, I clicked "back" out of the effect menu and tried again. Same happened. Tried powering down and had to pull the plug out as the unit wouldn't complete shut down. Turned back on, same issue. Can still browse rigs and sound still works, just can't load effects.

    The unit was not connected to my Mac at the time. The only change was adding two or three personal effects presets, which have been the only two or three I have added. Surely I can't have overloaded the unit by adding a few more effects presets?

    Any ideas?

    I've been waiting for it to load effects for at least an hour now...
