Ok.
I'll wait.
Thank you.
(I check the Spam folder very often. No emails from Kemper, there).

Maybe too much flexibility
Same problem with Tap function here...
Hey, I've seen you had an AX8 before Kemper.
I still have mine. Great piece of gear. I really got it because Kemper didn't have an all in one device. As soon as the Stage was released, I got one. I love the way it sounds. I hope our problem will have a solution soon.
Same here with Windows 7.
I emailed them, but I haven't received the Automated Reply.
Strange.
Oh!
I'm sorry.
I emailed support. Let's see.
I've connected an external pedal to pedal input one to control the Tap function.
Same results.
Now, sometimes, when I hit Tap Tempo to enable "to tempo", the Beat Scanner starts working, with its red screen, until I hit the switch again.
This is a very good thing that could be implemented (if it isn't yet). It's very useful not having to keep the foot on the switch.
The noise after switching off is gone with 7.0.4.
Thanks.
I had a similar problem.
Windows 7 SP1
I updated Windows. I had not done it for years. It was like 160 updates.
The device was recognized, then.
Well...
I've just assigned the Looper switch to control the Tap Tempo and the problem is the same. So I think the Tap switch is ok.
I've just updated to 7.0.4
No changes in my problem.
Sounds like a broken switch, many of the new stage units have this issue. If that´s the case you should open a support ticket.
Oh!
I didn't want to even think about that.
3 weeks to receive the Stage at Canary Islands... If I have to send it back and wait for the new one...
Hello.
Something strange happens to this switch from day one. I thought maybe it was me, but... I don't think so anymore:
The tap tempo doesn't work most of the times. I get a rig with no effects in browser mode. I add a single delay, tempo enabled. First one or two times, the tap switch works fine, then, no more. It works better if I hit it for fast tempos, but for long ones... It's a pain.
The beat scanner seems to work fine.
In performance mode it's worse. Everything seems to be correctly adjusted. Performance tempo, tempo enabled. But it works only a few times. And then, no more.
Anybody having the same problem?
Hardware? Software?
Thanks!
Thank you all!
About the issues I found in my unit, one of them is the auto switching-on, and that's not a bug.
The other issue was already pointed by other users and they are working on it, at Kemper. So it'll be ok soon.
Now everything seems to be right.
Thank you all again!
So strange...
This is what I see at the download center (copied):
PROFILER Operating System 7.0.1 Release for Stage
DO NOT USE THIS VERSION FOR OTHER MODELS THAN PROFILER STAGE
I updated to 7.0.1 with an USB stick.
As I was told by Kemper support that 7.0.1. In the download center is the same than 7.0.2 in RM, I didn't think about updating with RM.
I think 7.0.2 in Rig Manager is the same than 7.0.1 at the download center
