I'm not waiting on a V2, I still haven't finished exploring the possibilities of V1 after 7 years.
Right there with you brother!
-
This seems like it would take a lot, but I'd love this option if it was available.
-
From the Main Manual 7.5: Pressing Store in Browser Mode will offer you three different options via the soft buttons: “Replace” will overwrite the currently selected Rig with the new version while keeping the original name, “Store as” will save the Rig under a new name and won't delete the original Rig. “Rename” will allow you to change the name of the current Rig.
If you press the STORE button with a module or section in focus, you have the option to either save a preset of that specific module or section, or to save the entire Rig. If you decide to store a preset you will have the same options to “Replace”, “Store as”, or “Rename”.
Thanks for bringing that to light, I actually go back and read the manual often on certain sections and I missed that. Thanks again.

This happens if you Store/Store As and don't edit the name instead of Store/Replace. The same applies in Rig Manager if you press Duplicate instead of Store Rig.
Ok, so if I'm in browse and I make a change to a rig then save it again it will create a duplicate?
-
Why is it that I end up with multiple rigs of the same name but just different time stamps?
-
Understandable, I've sent an email with my latest backup and will send another video tomorrow with slower rig switches (neighbours won't be happy now).
Thanks againPlease report back here what the solution ends up being as I'm sure we will all want to know.

Please add a function for us to be able to adjust the taper.

Nice. You don't find that the triple-driver makes the guitar fuzzy, as mentioned in other posts here?
I do not and I actually added some treble and presence on my main out, but I will say that I am using my own profile that I created from my Peavey Jsx. No fuzzy guitar sound for me.

I've been using Alclair's for the last 5 years and yes the same pair. Love them! Below is the model that I've been using and use them weekly at rehearsals and they work great for my kemper as well as a entire band mix. I've given the link to the exact model that I use.

I am an owner of a kemper power head and kone. A new product has been released that competes with the Kemper and a lot of people are saying Kemper is outdated and needs to be update. I hear a lot of comparisons where the Kemper is adding some eqs that are not in the real amp. Kemper needs to update their profiling algorithms and interface. They have done a wonderful job of updating Kemper for free but now they need to do a 2.0, It would be cool it they just did a update for everyone. It would be awesome to see Kemper put out a powered floor unit with an updated profiling algorithm and updated interface. This is what we are all waiting to see Kemper, lets see if this happens.
What is this “new product”? Don’t always believe what “a lot of people are saying”, use your own judgement, it will end up better for you that way...

I totally disagree with you on this. I can honestly say that I’m 110% happy with my power rack. Kemper needs to continue their track. ??

Page 16 of the controller manual lists the inputs for the pedals...
Pedal 3 - volume, Pedal 4 - morph, Pedal 5 - Wah, Pedal 6 - Pitch.
Wah, Pitch, and Volume can be controlled by Pedal 5.I was using mine for volume only then moved it to Wah just to play around with it. I'm about to start messing with all the morphing stuff you can do.
Watch the first half of this video, to my understanding you can use 5 for wah and 6 for the switch.

I have mine plugged into pedal 5 on the foot controller for volume. I'm probably going to buy a second one for specific morphing techniques.
Do you not use the switch and have it plugged into pedal 6?

Going to be using this as a Volume pedal/ Wah, give me some tips and advice if you will. I do know I need 1 TRS and 1 TS cable which I've got, appreciate you guys!
-
Have always wanted a Fulltone Fulldrive in the Kemper, maybe its coming!
-
Its okay to remove the rubber feet from the mission pedal, correct?
-
Thanks so much for the post! I’ve got a mission expression on the way, will be here Friday. Thanks for the direction guys.
-
If you are buying another pedal, do you want to use one for volume and one for wah or do you want one pedal to do both?
I want one pedal to be able to do both.
-
Yes, you might be able to do it with your VP if you assign a switch to the Wah and click on the Wah/volume in the pedal section. The Mission engineering pedal has the switch built in. Here is a video that explains it.
So if I got the dunlop DVP3, could I run my guitar to input, output to kemper input, expression to remote, would this work?
