Have you had any luck with a Button 4 fix? Mine stopped working at a gig on Saturday and I still cannot get it to function at all...I've updated to the most current OS (7.0.8.15018 as of now) and still nothing...

I updated to the most current OS system last night (7.0.8.15018 as of this post) and switch/button "4" is still NOT working at all. Unresponsive in both Performance and Browser modes. The lights above the switch do light up if the rig calls for it; however, it's not possible to switch it at all, which makes setting the STAGE up for live shows difficult. I'm hoping I don't need to send it in for repair after only having it for a week....

I have this same EXACT problem. Button 4 doesn't work at all...updated the OS and still nothing. So frustrating.
