Awesome thank you both! So if I’m understanding correctly I can get the unpowered Kemper, go straight from my guitar to the Kemper, and use headphones from my Kemper and that would work fine for quiet use?

And conversely if I want to play without headphones then I’d need a pair of studio monitors based on my needs?

Hey guys, I’m almost ready to pull the trigger on purchasing a Kemper and have been trying to figure out a good setup for home use. I don’t plan on doing any gigs or studio work, and generally speaking I’ll be playing 90% of the time through headphones or at low volume.

• Based on my needs, would you recommend the powered or unpowered version?
• Can I go from guitar -> Kemper -> headphones if I need to play quiet? Similarly can I just do guitar -> Kemper and have the Kemper provide the output on a lower volume?
• If I do have to get a frfr setup or a cab does anyone have any good recommendations based on my relatively simple needs?
