Yes, that is right I said 45 different cabinets!
The amp is the same on all of these. Studio Classic with Master on 3 and gain on 6.
All of these are Zombiecabs Impulse Responses.
I created these IRs. I'm one of the owners of Zombiecabs.
Most are using 3 mics- a ribbon, Sm57 and a room mic.
All of them with the "Bog/OR" in the name are a mix of two 412 cabs, the same cab on all profiles but with different mics. 57, MD421, E609 etc so you can hear all mics available.
Finally, there are two with the name ending in "RM1" & "RM2" which are just room mics. RM1- Telefunken M81-SH and RM2 Neuman TLM102
DL them all so you can check out those Zombiecabs IRs.

Hi M@Marshall2550 ,
are those IR in RM? -
Hey there -wanted to take a moment and say hi, and drop a quick story of how I ended up here.
I’m a long time fractal user. I’ve been using the AX8 on the road since it was released, had an Axe II in my studio, and just recently upgraded to the III.
A couple weeks ago I realized I hadn’t powered up my Axe in some time and I sold it (I ended up just using my MBP and plugins for my studio work 98% of the time, so the axe wasn’t getting used). So a few days ago a buddy of mine asked if I wanted to borrow his Kemper profiler head- he knew I had never played one, and Iwas mildly curious. So I went by this morning and scooped it up.
Now- I went in with VERY low expectations. Not that I didn’t respect the unit ; but coming from the Axe III I assumed I’d had “the best” already and this was just gonna be a few minutes of my fooling around and then returning it to him. well... BOY was I wrong! I powered it up, landed on an M Britt profile, and before I knew it I had been PLAYING for over an hour. I emphasize that because I haven’t zoned out on a piece Of gear like that in ages. It was SO musical. I was feeling the “push back” I never had with my previous modelers. It was THE thing- the X factor - that I could never quite nail as to why I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my tone.
SO... i immediately called my buddy and asked “you’re sure you don’t want to sell it?!”. He of course said “not for sale”, and i then called MF and placed an order for a Stage unit. I’ll be working with it through next week, and then it will hit the road with me for some good old fashioned road shows. (I have a sneaking suspicion I’ll also be getting a rack unit for the studio).
Anyways - glad to be part of the community . Look forward to learning the ins and outs of this thing, and most of all, making some music . Cheers. MBR
Hi @MBR2019... and welcome.
Axe-Fx 2 user here. Bought my KPR Stage after the FM3 was announced (was expecting and AX9 like many others?). Since I have the stage I found myself less tweaking and more playing (my fault, not Fractal's). One thing that I really, really like about the Stage is that I don't have to worry about levelling out the volume (Clean vs Dist)!
Still keeping my Axe-Fx 2 for now though.

Welcome to the KPR family @Spoonman.

Hi all,
Have a Line6 POD since 2014 and just recently took the jump to Kemper Stage (refused to buy the head and pedal until Kemper released a floor version).
Still in the honeymoon phase with KPA, incredible piece of gear. I am getting marvelous and unbelievable tones from some of the commercial profilers mentioned on this forum.
Just wanted to thank everyone on the forum for their contribution to this incredible and friendly online community. I have learned so much regarding audio, guitars and amps in general just by reading this forum; also bought last year a DSR112 FRFR from Yamaha as I was decided to go full on digital.
Hi and welcome!

You would set the basic rig to what the morphed settings are, then set the morphed mode to what the standard settings used to be. If you have a lot of different morphed features, you might need to write down all the different settings so that you can do this.
Thanks, will give it a shot.

You are probably posting in the wrong part of the forum.
I guess, i can't move it now?
-
Hi @timo, any chance this could be looked at , please? Maybe a feature with the next FM update?
-
There is no way to go directly to the morphed sound. Maybe try flipping the unmorped/morphed sounds so B1 defaults to the dirtier tone?
Ok, will try it out...where do i flip them, though?
-
Hi @BobbyKa, I tried a 3m long (not with the KPR) but should and really matter and it didn't work. Went back using the 1.8m. It seems to be , as you mentioned, a USB 2 limitation.
-
Haven't tried but what happens if you doubletab B1 when going back?
Yep, did that and it worked but I don't want to double tap. I really need it to resume from where it was left off w/o a double tap.

Hi and welcome...nice guitars you have there.

Hi all,
been trying out the morphing feature which I got working...sort of... not the way I need/want though? So, here's what I did. Button 1 and 2 (KPR Stage). B1 is set to morph (with pedal) from low to high gain. So far so good. Now i switch to B2 for the lead sound (no morphing here) all good. But now when I go back to B1 I'm on low gain which is not what i want. Need to be able to switch back to B1 and resume where the pedal was left which is not the case. Wether I leave the pedal in the toe a or heel position it always resumes at low gain. I'm I doing something wrong or that 's just the way it is?

Thanks @GRStudios, much appreciated
-
Yep , I like that, I'm in the same boat.

Quite funny though. Coming form Fractal, the editor was available when I bought the Axe-2. I basically don't know much about the front panel at all (well, just the basics, I guess)....and think it's a mistake, especially if you gigging.
Now I have a KPR Stage, but before I bought it, I though that the RM was all there was. So, here I am sitting on the floor in front of my Stage turning and pressing buttons!
Having said that, I'm a new KPR user and for me the fact is (especially because I have the Stage) that I need to get familiar with the front panel. I'm only going to gig with it so there will be no computer available.
Sure I want to stand up instead of sitting down but I look at the bright side and make the most out of it

Nice...the price not su much!
