I bought a brand new stage from American musical supply four days ago. Worked great now today button 2 stopped working. I turn off and on, updated firmware and no change. I contact AMS to send it back and get a new unit and they are sold out and waiting for resupply. I submitted a trouble ticket to Kemper maybe I will hear from them. I was loving it. Brand new unit with this issue doesn’t give me warm and fuzzy feelings. I see from searching it’s not an isolated incident either.
anyone know anything?
