wifi remote controlled cams ??

Anybody out here in Kemperland have and experience with remote controlling video camcorders via wifi? I've been researching but haven't had much success... yes there are a couple of options but I'm wondering if anyone has any success here.

I'd like to control 4 to 5 cams from a single source computer or tablet..
shoot mpg4 or mov...
control zoom and digital pan tilt..
preview screen cropping..

shoot HD.. 720P is fine for this application.

keep overall solution as inexpensive as possible

any thoughts??

Thanks Ingolf! Yes, I looked at GoPro, great cams! I saw the remote app but it didn't address controlling multiple cams... so it appears you need more than one tablet/iphone to control each cam...

RecoLive handles multiple cams, but they are iPhone/Ipod/tablets... so advanced camera controls and capabilities are scarce.. but this is moving in the right direction!

If could find a software app that allows multi-cam control... now that's be supreme!

Panasonic makes a cool line of cams with wifi and remote app control BUT... yet again, tethered one to one with controller.. but moving in the right direction.. it'd be great to find a software app that worked with multiple cam manufacturers and did what RecoLive does..

maybe use the wifi remote feature of the GoPro?? controls multi cams but no viewing.. hmm
