Get to End of Order, Can't be Processed??? Is there any help??

Ordering issues...I know many have had the problem. Is it a browser thing? I'm in Chrome on Mac...How do I get this remedied?

I had the same issues with Internet Explorer. I got through using Firefox but the order got cancelled for a separate reason.
I finally just reordered a few weeks back using an IPad and it seemed to stick.
