It's kinda what I'm doing now...as I keep saying, I'm happy with things but I'm always looking for ways to simplify and improve. In a perfect world, we would have the ability to have 2 delays (not at once) and also be able to make the footswitches assignable...
For example...
switches 1-5 and effects 1-4 could be made to do whatever you want...
1 - clean, 2- crunch, 3- rhythm, 4-lead..
but 5 could be assigned to another effect....
or 1, 2 and 3 in the bottom row could be profiles...while 4,5 and effects 1-4 could be asigned to any effect
Or how about the top 4 switches could be the profiles and the 1-5 could be instant effects access...be able to route whatever way you want.
I always looked at it like this....we have 4 stomps and 4 post effects that we can use on any given rig. That's 8 effects....why not be able to turn them all on/off without having to add external switches and other junk? just flexibility like that would make all the difference in the world. I would think with the amazing engineers they have at Kemper, they could do this!
