Harmony question related to Melodic harmony delay set as a flat chord machine

Hi !

I'm now working on this fab delay, but I've got a question for the educated people here :

I'm trying to set up some auto-chords with all 4 notes of the melody Harm delay at the same time , this is done by setting 1/16 as note value for each note ( 1 2 3 4)

But my question is about the intervals : how can I translate these chord with the right intervals ?

Minor 6th Cm6 1 b3 5 6
6th Add 9th C6add9 1 3 5 6 9
9th C9 1 3 5 b7 9

will C9 translate as +3 for 2nd interval , +5 as 3rd, +6 as 4th and +9 as 5th ??

will b7 be read as +6 ?
