Gibson 335 + Ford Boost, Fender strat + 69 or Hey Jim, Les Paul + Fischers Fuchs 
Strat into Gondwana 1970 clean. Gains up nicely. Also discovered the Tube Train profile which I like.
Today I found the Marshall JTM45 profile from Uwe to sound this nice with my LesPauls.

You HAVE to change the cab on Uwe's JTM45 C335 Profile, the Tills 1960 cabs completely transform Uwe's Profile.
Here's what I came up with using a Les Paul and Uwe's JTM45.

With a Strat or Tele the AC30 Top Boost is a favourite of mine, the Matchless and Bad Cat Profiles as well.
I just add a stomp Compressor and Pure Boost.
I love the UWE jcm 335 and the UWE jcm A LP since the beginning and found the UWB twin 335 great to.
The fender blues deluxe but with the UWB twin 335 cab is on top
The guyatone flip 3000 with a tills marshall 1960 cab sound as a nice warm crunchy fender/marchall mix...
Of course the PLEX sw3 with a till's cab...
