Keep getting your Mozzarella di Buffalo (the cheaper cow's milk Mozzarella sucks!)You'll be damned for all time because of this.
I come from Puglia (Andria, to be more precise) and i'd like you could taste the sweetest and milky cow mozzarella of the world.
Then three or four burrata, and then ending with some stracciatella, which is basically the inside of a burrata with more milk and butter cream.
Don't be fooled by the stuff you can find in supermakets -
