MBritt said on the ToneJunkie Kemper Show that he found that putting his drive pedals in the loop of his Kemper made everything sound less compressed than if he ran everything into the front input. I haven’t tried running my drives in the loop yet. Also you still have the tuner when you go in the front.
I’m sure that I am not the only person who wants to use a full pedalboard going into the front of the Kemper. The Kemper by itself is great but I like running a few external pedals with a clean profile like MBritt’s 3P MBC BF 2 profile from his Pack 3.
I think this input pad will just make some people’s lives a little easier not having to run drives in the loop.
