How to update the Kempar?

    Man...this is emmbarasing...


    My question is:


    I downloaded the updates:



    KPA Operating System 1.1.0 Release & Rig Pack 02 (July 2012)


    Can someone please explain (in detail) how I update the KPA so I can take advantage of these updates? Do I use a USB cable -plug it into the KPA & my computer etc etc?

    Get an empty usb key and plug it in to the Kemper, press External Storage and then Format. Unplug now the usb key from the Kemper and plug it in to the PC. Unzip the update file you've downloaded and copy ONLY the kaos.bin file in to the OS folder on the usb key. Plug it back in to the kemper and you'll be asked if you want to update. Follow the instructions and be patient by the first reboot (do NOT interrupt it).

    I am questioning this too. It is not done by the USB cable to my Mac? Is this also how you store free profiles from the site into my KPA? I plugged in my KPA to my Mac via a usb cable and nothing ahppened
