problem of noise and crackling of my Kemper

    Hello everybody,

    I bought a kemper rack 6 years ago and now every time i started, only crackling and noises, no guitar sound.I start the Kemper and 5 minutes after noises and cracklin come. I change my cables, see for sound card, my computer is new. I write to the support and update with all the news software, i reset with the adwices of the support, but nothing had changed for this strange sound.X( Some friends of mine said it could be a power transformers but i don't know.

    Have you some ideas ?
