profile question with regards to power amp and cab set up.

    hey everyone, i am new here.
    First off let me say hi and introduce myself, i am from the uk and finally pulled the trigger on a kemper. :)
    Can any of you tell me if i can use the kemper to profile my diezel herbert, 5150 and engl invader without the need to mic the cab??


    I am intending to use with a matrix gt1000fx which is a great amp imo in to a zilla cab.


    The next question is if this does work should i profile just the head and use my own cab which has v30 speakers or should i use some fr speakers in the zilla???

    If you want to use it exclusively with your guitar cabs, you can get a DI box (with loadbox) and shoot a profile of the head alone. If then you decide to go FRFR you can add some of the 1000's good cab emulations available (download Till's cabs, they are a must!).
