first of all: I hope i am posting to the correct forum, as i did not see a dedicated forum for the Kemper Stage.

I recently, after long consideration, ordered a Kemper Stage. I am very satisfied with the sound, but have a question regarding the build of the unit. When i lightly touch the display cover, it will move around about 1-2 mm in different directions, making audible "clacking" noises. Essentially the display cover fits very loosely. Compared to everything else on the Stage, this seems kind of cheap. The retailer tells me that this is normal, but i wanted to make sure that i am not buying a lemon here.

I uploaded a short video to demonstrate the degree of movement here (47MB, so maybe do not watch this on mobile data ).

I would be grateful if some other Stage owners could give me some feedback if this is indeed normal - to me it seems like this defeats the purpose of having the cover at all...
