Hi,
I just bought the EP1-KP which supposed to be the almost plug and play expression pedal for Kemper (I use a Kemper Stage). To my surprise, the pedal is not working. I have red almost the whole forum trying to figure out the issue and how to solve it.
The situation is as follows:
- OUT1 on the EP goes into Pedal 1 via a TRS cable (brand new EBS PCF-DLS58)
- OUT2 on the EP goes into Pedal 2 via a TS cable
- Pedal 1 was set on Wah
- Pedal 2 set on switch - works fine.
Now, as for Pedal 1, regardless what type of pedal I select (Type 1 or 2) after the calibration (made as I've red on this forum) my pedal goes directly from 0 to 127, like an/on off switch. After several sweels, the pedal freezes at a random value.
The Pot is a Dunlop linear ecb078 as I have found out. On the pot there is the following code: 93303010350.
Has anyone encountered this kind of problem yet? I just want to be absolutely sure the pedal is broken before I will return it since I'm from Romania and I'm supposed to return it in Germany.
