Hello, my unamplified Kemper head has started to have problems with the volume LEDs, the first 2, starting from the bottom left, do not light up. But the most important thing... Today the Input jack failed, when I played my guitar intensely, it cut the volume (as if it had a volume limiter), the input LED went from Blue to off, and when the volume of the guitar becomes less intense again, it sounds again... it didn't do it before and now it does. I connect the guitar to Alternative input and it works there, if I make an effects loop and connect the guitar through the Return it also sounds normal. I currently have the latest OS installed... could it be an OS failure? Even if I restart it, it doesn't change... today I turned it on 3 times... The first 2 it sounded normal and the last one it started to give the error.

Hola, mi Kemper head sin amplificar ha empezado a dar fallos en los Led de volumen, los 2 primeros, empezando por abajo a la izquierda no se encienden. Pero lo más importante.. Hoy me ha fallado el Input jack, al tocar mi guitarra con intensidad, corta el volumen (como si tuviese un limitador de volumen), el Led de input pasa de Azul a apagado, y cuando el volumen de la guitarra vuelve a ser menos intenso vuelve a sonar de nuevo.. antes no lo hacía y ahora si lo hace. Conecto la guitarra a Alternative input y ahí si funciona, si hago un loop de efectos y conecto la guitarra por el Return también suena con normalidad. Tengo instalado el último OS actualmente.. puede ser un fallo del OS? Aunque reinicie no cambia.. hoy lo he encendido 3 veces.. Las 2 primeras sonaba todo normal y la última empezó a dar el fallo.

Buenas! Alguno tiene idea de como hacer lo que comento? quiero borrar los rigs del Kemper sin tener que ir al Pc, desde el propio Kemper, pero solo me deja borrar uno a uno... Hay posibilidad de borrarlo todo?
y en caso de que no.. como se hace una restauración a valores de fabrica desde el propio kemper?
