I have tried running an expression pedal into my Stage to control the speed of the sweep of a rotary speaker effect on a Marshall rig and am having no luck. Is there a video or does anyone know how to do this or if it can be done? Thank you for any help in advance.

I just picked up a Powerstage 170 for my Stage. Any advice on EQ? Do you set the Powerstage EQ and then set the amp profile EQ, or the other way around? I have been setting the Powerstage EQ in the middle and adjusting the amp profile after but it does seem to limit the tone a bit. I tried burying all three of the EQ on the Powerstage and it seemed to distort the amp profile. Thanks in advance for any tips.
