Welcome.
You need to read up as to which channel of the Focusrite carries the SPDIF signal of the Profiler.
IIRC (it's been quite a while since my Focusrite days) it is channel 5/6 but please re-check this.

Been playing since '76/'77, (age 13), starting with Acoustic lessons but switching to Electric after seeing The Police live in '79.
Have been constantly playing in bands since then.
The band I've played longest with is since '89.
Time flies, but music keeps me young.
Out of warranty or not, may I suggest you open a support ticket at the mothership before you shell out that money, or did you do this already?
Is the guitar/the pickups/the cable fully functional?
Having to play the guitar in a certain position suggests there's something wrong with the guitar electronics.
Welcome!
Welcome Patrice,
May I suggest you open a support ticket ?
I think the Kabinet is very popular.
The fact that it helps overcome the dreaded "cab in a room" discussion has proved to set the Profiler further apart from its competitors.
I don’t think anybody doubts this even on forums like The Gear Page.
You don’t find many threads about it because it just works.
THanks, do you know how to do that?
The screenshot in your first post indicates it.
Of course this makes sense.
It seems you drive the Profiler’s input a little too hard.
Hi Matthias!
Hello Jaz!
Ah ok 9/10 line.
