Quick sketch using Kemper. The rig is the Goldie Triode tweaked for the lead track and the Tyler Princeton on 9, guitar is a 1965 Strat.

Some new amp over at Matrix.
The GT1000FX is a lightweight 1U format stereo rack mount power amplifier designed specifically for use by guitarists that builds on the Matrix heritage.Sounds interesting.

Its magic of course:
[quote]
Mindfulness is the aware, balanced acceptance of the present experience. It isn't more complicated that that.
It is opening to or recieving the present moment, pleasant or unpleasant, just as it is,
without either clinging to it or rejecting it.

I love this quote
perfect -
I guess I am one of the lucky ones - tons of hours on it so far and not a single crash or hangup.
This is the same story for me,
-
Thanks for sharing the good news!
I will try it live soon. -
Wow, that is a tone party,
Looking forward to a bunch of those, I sold my Gemimo Club 40 right before my Kemper arrived, bad timing. -
Can the Mods please put an end to this.
The guys comment was out of line.
Maybe he was trying to make a joke but is was in very bad taste.
It is offensive, if he would just apologize it would be over.
It seems he does not want to.
This kind of nonsense does help us learn more about the Kemper or to make better music. -
Thanks for the updates, I really wish I could have been there.
My Wife's Sister lives in Frankfurt, next year maybe I will make the trip from Brooklyn.

very good news
Thanks to all -
I really like how the Blankenships turned out, nice Marshally crunch!
let me know what you think.
Also....I'm out of ampsUp on the exchange
Man these are all great.
I really can use these.
What is the drive pedal on the Princeton's?
I clicked on it and it comes up as a trem but is a drive.
It sounds real good. -
Their amps are superb, I own a GT800FX and it really sounds great! This speaker and the GM50 work so well together, sounds like you are playing through a guitar cab and that's all I could ask for!
I hope this come out soon, I am wanting to get something soon.

I am for a helpful non competitive vibe.
I find that sometimes sarcasm and other such things that may work in person do not translate well to these little blurbs we write. I have seen many a forum war start over a misinterpreted post.
I always say it is just gear, no reason to get up in arms.
Life is far to good and sadly short.
Better to just play guitar than to argue.
That works for me. -
The Black is cool but I still prefer the original.
So SciFi. -
Now this is a fun thread to watch!
You guys are like Lewis and Clark,
I would end up like Ernest Shackleton. -
Thanks for the suggestions guys,
No I haven't plugged it in yet... was using it for my PA system. But I will give it a try at lunch to see if there's more punch/power.

Cool, please let me know.
I am getting ready to order. -
I am thinking of buying the Matrix.
you never used yours? -
I really do like the effects in the Kemper but I also have a huge collection of cool pedals that I love.
Lets share some photos of some cool pedals into the Kemper.
here is one I used today.
Analog Man Sunlion into the Kemper, AC30 HW rig by Reznor.
Sounds killer

I like to lower or even shut off the noise gate, that gives me the feel I like.
I am never really expecting 100% real amp vibe, that is not why I got the Kemper, if it gets there cool.
For recording I do find it matches the vibe of when I am in the studio and my amp is miked and I am tracking with headphones on.
I play with just fingers a lot and I am getting the response I need.
It is not the same as when I am in the room with my amp but it is damm close.
I like the raw feel.
For chord work I feel no stiffness, for lead stuff on mild breakup is the only place I notice it fighting me back.
I am satisfied, and I know it will still keep getting better.
