The all system is 7500€.....
...oh fuck...Didn't know about the price...
-
What about that PA system...?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3ExJo6k0kMSeems to be a little revolution with class D and class A/B switch depending on what source we are connecting in.
I'm very curious as I'm currently looking for a PA system and still don't know which one to go for... -
i copied this weeks ago from another thread i can't remember. so: thanks to the unfortunately sort of anonymous source it's about the studio eq.
-> here's a setting based on the Xotic EP Booster:
Low
45Hz
-12 dBMid1
804.7Hz
0,128Q
2,4 dBMid2
15527Hz
0,432 Q
-4,9 dBWorks very fine for now, just have to play with the volume to get more drive, thanks a lot

The problem with this stomp is not how it immitates the real TS, because the immitation is very well done.
The major problem comes with the TS which is absolutely not a transparent stomp, making the sound "honky".
I really like the pure sound of amps, that's why I would prefer a Xotic BB (like in the axe-fx) that won't change the sound signature of the amp !
Please Kemper, think about it -
Just added two Direct profiles of the clean channel and the crunch channel. All settings to noon.
Have fun ! -
Thanks all !
I updated the demo links with my passive 7 string guitar loaded with Dimarzio D Activator. Deleted previous version that was too gainy using my Duncan Blackouts.http://soundcloud.com/jefonyx/kpa-dual-recto-orange

Great profile ! Thanks a lot !

Damn....Have the pops too....:'(
-
How does it work? How can I swap from snapshot to what I am tweaking...?
-
Great profile ! As usual :p
May I ask you to make an ENGL Savage profile...? That's still one of my favorite sound on all your videos...So brutal...:')
-
"Guitar Hack impulse" is a Mesa cab simulation. I loaded that with an IR software called Poulin Lecab2. I used 2 mics, one in center position and the other with an edge position, so I could have a real full sound response. I used this instead of a real cab because it's more efficient and it sounds better than my T.Bone MB75 mic+mesa 2x12 cab in my poor reverbering bedroom
The amp used is the real Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier. -
I beg for someone to share an ENGL Savage metal profile, and a flat EQ DI version...It would be soooo great
-
Here are 4 presets of my mesa boogie amp, Orange and Red Modern channels.
The "Rythm" versions are slightly mid and gain scooped versions integrating a comp, a tube screamer/pure boost (depend on which you prefer), low and high cut EQ on the "MOD" section and a presence boost on the "X" section. The purpose was to give a mixing version of the amp directly for recordings. The "Modern" versions are direct profiling without cabs, with all knobs set to noon (gain, bass, mid, trebble, presence). The purpose is to enjoy the real amp with your own settings, especially if you play with power amp + guitar cabs !
Cheers !

Edit 05-08-2012 : Just added a new version of my Bugera 333xl profile.
I actually like clear, articulate a brutal sounds. I think I'm close to what I got in my mind.
This sound is a combination between my DI Bugera profile and the
Marshall 1960 blackbacks cabinet we can find in the new Kemper Rig Pack.http://soundcloud.com/jefonyx/kpa-bugera-333xl-1960
Have fun !
