Hello Everyone,
I cleared my Kemper, and I accidentally deleted this profile by mistake, but I cannot find it between my profile saves, please if somebody knows this profile send me the name how can I find it again.
Thank you very much!
Here's mine Reamped with Kemper / Ampfactory metal pack:

Thanks, unfortunately I mixed the record on a shitty old EV monitors due to a studio upgrade.(now I have the Neumann KH120a) But this style don't need to be sound so polished:)
Thanks,
It was one of my custom Diezel preset and Dirk Gooding's 6505+(not sure which)
All guitars were recorded with the Kemper Profiler, quad tracked:
Thanks, sorry we are gain-addicts:) This was a test only, I'm plan to profile some great metal amps soon like Makosamp Hatred - see Ola Englund videos at youtube, my friend has a monster 150watt version of this amp with 6550's, Crate GT3500H (although is it an SS amp with crappy smd parts, it is great, based on the Ampeg VH140C which was used by a lots of classic death metal bands) Crate BlueVoodoo 300watt, and others, and I'll use this Herbert 4x12(V30's), Krank Revolution 4x12(Eminence legend V12's), Marshall Mode four with K100's. Btw with the right setup & tweaks the Kemper profile actually CAN sound better than the miced amp...
Hello everybody,
I've just tested the profiling capability of the Kemper, I shared the profile under the name "NLS Herbert CH3" in the rig exchange menu.
The setup was a Washburn Falcon with EMG81 -> Kemper -> Dizel Herbert -> Herbert 4x12 miced with Sennheiser e906 and a vintage Shure Unidyne III/SM57 -> Great River MP2-NV -> PTHD2/Control24
We struggled a bit with the profiling, but in the end it sounded really great in the studio, I don't have a guitar now to test it at home, so any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks, yes we pushed the kemper a bit too far, and the guitar has lots of treble and attack even with the Lundgrens. I"ll prepare some profiles with a Diezel Herbert head+4x12 cab soon, I'm really curious how it is working, I'll try different mics and positions.
Sounds really great!
Which audio interface did you use and which plug ins for postprocessing and mastering?
I have a FF800 now and an UAD2 Quad with almost all plugins, for this I haven't used any processing on the guitar tracks, only parallel compression(1176 new version I think the "A" modell), and a small delay+reverb(cooper+EMt250)
On the masterbuss I have Ampex+Manley+Prec.Limiter plugs.
OK, here is another sample, I've just started to record a grindcore/hardcore band, everything is raw(drums are live, no triggers), there are UAD 1176 new version comps on the kick/snare+ozone to check loudness(no eqs engaged) Schecter 6 string with Lundgrens, quad tracked:
sounds awesome!! as a suggestion, I would roll back the gain just a tad, might help with clarity a touch.
Yes, I already noticed that, next time I'll be more careful.
Thanks guys, the presets were "DIEZEL CH2" "Brute&Phatt80sODBOOST" and "CLA Bass Start me up"
I like that it really depends on the guitar's quality, I tried it with different guitars, we used an Alexa Custom 7 string for this recording:

Soon I'll prepare some of my favourite amp's profiles, like Mákosamp Hatred 150w (with 6550's), Diezel Herbert, Crate GT3500H,and others with various cabs (Herbert 4x12, Krank Rev1, and Marshall Mode Four with the K100's.
Hello everybody,
This was our first test of recording a high gain sample with the Kemper Profiler.
Dizel Herbert + Marshall plexi profiles, quad tracked, the bass has been recorded also with the Kemper.
I like this unit much more than the Axefx, most of the profiles sounds right from the beginning, not need to tweak so much as with the axefx.
I think we used too much gain on the guitars, but we were very happy with the results:
