There is another thread that explains this but if I remember correctly (since I had to do it myself) turn the chicken head knob all the way to profile and then back to performance. That should get the dry signal going from the 1/4" direct out output. It's seems to be a software glitch. It worked for me and I haven't had to do it again. At least not for days now. Hope this helps. Now if I could just get a little stronger signal from it.... J
