Had the same problem, came here for help. None of the solutions worked for me but that was because it wasn't a firmware problem. The DSP board inside had popped out.

I was already about to send it to repair as the the support diagnosed it as a hardware problem but was very reliefed when the solution was this simple in the end. A chunk of money saved (warranty was out...)
