Great profiles for lead-guitar:
- Soundside.de: Bogner Goldfinger, Marshall Plexi E, Diezel VH-4, Marshall JVM 410H
- TAF: Friedman DirtyShirly, Redplates (CDS3 + Aurora), Engl Pack (Studio Monsters)
- Kemper-presets: Soldano SLO 100/3, TAF JCM800
- Rig Exchange: MarkV (Bjorn Gottfridsson)
My overall favourite: Bogner Goldfinger and Diezel VH-4 from Soundside.de, used it for nearly all lead-sounds on my last tour (60 shows).
Hi Guenter
Which Diezel VH-4 from Soundside.de are you using? -
Thanks HELL-G!

Does anyone know what effect was used for the down tuning? It sounded great! I haven't experimented with the effects much.

That's good to hear kriswylde, was it Steve's music?

Bought, looking forward to trying these!

What a deal!!

I use my Digitech GSP1101 in my rack with a power amp for a backup and the Control2 footboard to switch channels on my Kemper with the GSP1101 midi out. If the Kemper went down, I'd just switch over. The Control 2 works great with the Kemper and only one cat5 cable!!

Bring it on!!!
Please!

Great news!!

I as well lasvideo, djemass put a lot of work into those profiles and has helped people out with questions asked.
Man, I sound like Sally Struthers lol -
Maybe if some of us donate a few $ for these great profiles, you could keep your Kemper, it may be a long shot but... Who's in?

Man O man, 09VHT100clMBgrn from the new VHT pack is my all time fave!!!!! Sounds so killer through my PowerRack to 4x12 and to P.A.
I've had trouble with balancing rigs, some sound great through the cab and not so great to FOH or vice versa. $10 well spent lol -
Digital signal doesn't degrade the same way like analog does. If you get "bad signal" there is no signal at all. Or rather, there is signal degradation along the cable, but when the signal arrives at your computer and it is still strong enough to be readable, the computer has a perfect 100% stream and there is no change in sound, since bits are just ones and zeroes and the computer reads the information stream as either fully on or fully off.
High quality gold plated s/pdif cables are nothing but snake oil. Would you buy a "high quality HDMI cable" for a better picture to your TV, or a "high quality USB cable" for better quality file copying to an external hard drive?
Here's the already mentioned vid I made if anyone else than op is having trouble:

I bought the VHT profiles, they sound terrific through my Power Rack and 4x12. I think I'll be using these for my next show!
Great work Pete!!!
